Manna, a Member of Design Hotels

The design and decoration were amazing. The location and view breathtaking. We didn’t stay in the hotel but we visited for a massage therapy and food/drinks afterwards. All the staff in the spa, reception and bar were polite and helpful. The spa venue was super clean with proper heating and lighting. The products they use were great eg the body oil was soft and very nourishing , didn’t feel sticky at all. The only disadvantage is that my therapist seemed to be in a rush and her movements weren’t so smooth eg rushed movements, skipped some areas of the body. The massage wasn’t bad but my overall feeling was that she wanted to finish her job asap. The cafe area had comfortable seating, relaxing vibes and nice music. We tried some drinks and snacks, all perfect. I would definitely recommend even for a visit if possible.

Είχαμε τη χαρά να επισκεφθούμε το manna hotel το Νοέμβριο του 2024. Η εμπειρία ήταν μοναδική. Ένα πολύ πετυχημένο πάντρεμα σύγχρονης πολυτέλειας με τη γαλήνη και την ηρεμία που σου προσφέρει η απόλυτη επαφή με τη φύση. Το δωμάτιο μας απόλυτα comfy και σχολαστικά πεντακάθαρο με υπέροχη θέα στο ελατόδασος μας έδινε την αίσθηση άνεσης και χαλάρωσης. Το φαγητό πολύ καλό με έμφαση στα τοπικά προϊόντα. Τόσο ο Σεφ όσο και οι άνθρωποι του σέρβις στο εστιατόριο μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε κάθε μέρα ότι είναι εκεί για κάθε μας προτίμηση και ανάγκη. Η ομάδα του Front Office, η προϊσταμένη,οι receptionists και grooms πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας κατευθύνουν και να μας δώσουν πληροφορίες για το ξενοδοχείο και την περιοχή. Λόγω εγκυμοσύνης μας έδωσαν μια extra προσοχή κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε επίσης πολύ! Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολύ όμορφο χώρο σπα και γυμναστήριο με φυσικό φως και καταπράσινη θέα. Κλείνοντας, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην κα Roza Cota, προϊσταμένη τμήματος housekeeping, που μας υποδέχτηκε και μας ξενάγησε σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Μέσα από τα δικά της μάτια το αγαπήσαμε από την πρώτη στιγμή και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Μοναδικό design, απόλυτα εναρμονισμένο με τη φύση. Υποδειγματική εξυπηρέτηση, η καλύτερη που έχουμε λάβει ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο. Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι (και θα μιλήσω ειδικότερα και για τον Πέτρο στην υποδοχή ο οποιος μας μίλησε πρώτος για το MANNA) είναι όχι μόνο πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά το κάνουν και με τα υψηλότερα στάνταρ. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους και φυσικά στον manager του ξενοδοχείου για το συνολικό αποτέλεσμα. .

Exceptionnel hotel, magnifique design mais pas pompeux, classe, service parfait à tous les niveaux. Très beau site, calme, serein, authentique. Restaurant de très grand niveau, varié, bons vins. Bar sublime où on passe du temps tellement on y est bien. Muisique, jheux, lecture, cocktails. Le directeur, Christos, est fantastique, professionnel, aimable, beinveillant (nous a acccompagné jusque 2h du matin à l'hôpital de la région car ma femme "taint malade) On y retourne l'année prochaine, villages typiques, tavernes délicieuses et vraies dans les environs. Peu de touristes. Ballades en fôret, vélo. Le spa est accueillant. Un des meilleurs hôtels où je suis resté dans ma vie.

Ξενοδοχείο πανέμορφο, προσωπικό απίστευτο, τοποθεσία ανεπανάληπτη, Από που να ξεκινήσω, από την υποδοχή, ένας Άνθρωπος υπέροχος με τεράστιο χαμόγελο, σαν να υποδεχόταν την οικογένεια του, ρεσεψιόν πάντα με χαμόγελο να μάθουν πως περνάμε, να κάνουν ότι καλύτερο μπορούν για να περάσουμε όμορφα, εστιατόριο, σέρβις με γνώση πάνω στο κρασί και το φαγητό και καθόλου τουπε, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν να είμαστε όλοι μαζί μια παρέα από την πρώτης στιγμή, φαγητό δεν έχω πολλά να πω απλά ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ, bar τρομερή κάβα και πολύ ωραία cocktail, spa αυτό που πρέπει, ζεν και τέλος, το δωμάτιο ήταν ανεπανάληπτο, σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς…!!!

THIS HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED. We decide to visit the hotel claiming to be a 5 star hotel and end up being afraid of driving at night in the middle of nowhere... We arrive and the valet, collects our luggage and we go upstairs to a waiting room. There, a welcome drink awaits us. We are asked for our name and... surprise! They tell us that they are going to look at the reservation, and we spend more than half an hour there. We ask and they tell us that there has been no problem, just give them a few minutes. Finally a waiter comes to collect our drinks and the "manager" arrives to tell us that the reservation confirmed by them has not been seen and that the hotel is full. Earlier, a redhead told us that the server was down. A RESERVATION CONFIRMED, PAID AND RECONFIRMED SIX DAYS BEFORE. The hotel does not have rooms for such cases, nor did they offer us any kind of solution. A solution to which they are legally obliged. They simply took our bags back and put them in the car. In my life I have never been in a hotel like that nor suffered a situation like that. We were told that it was Booking's problem and that the confirmations are done automatically on their server. Booking has confirmed that they overbooked the hotel. WE WERE LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, taking over two hours by car to the nearest town and praying that it would not get dark in the mountains. Sadly, we left an idyllic island in Greece to end up stranded in the middle of nowhere. Big mistake. Don't pretend to be something you are not, a hotel of that category always knows how to solve unforeseen problems. Here we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere, without being taken to a hotel of the same category or offered any kind of solution. I do not recommend this hotel. YOU CANT KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET IN OR NOT. The booking was confirmed and paid , we even received a message from them telling us about the hotel's activities, only to arrive and find ourselves stranded in the middle of nowhere. As of today, WE ARE STILL WAITING for a solution from the hotel.
