Nice location calm and peaceful. clean room. Breakfast is excellent. Smooth checkin procedure. Nice hospitality. Complimentary water bottle and Hot water kettle with coffee I liked very much. Value for the money we spent. I highly recommend to fern residency for my friends and colleagues

i had a wonderful stay at the fern residency karad . checking was seamless nd the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was spacious and very clean with comfortable bed great window view.the hotel amenities including restaurant nd pool were excellent nd well maintained

The best Hotel to stay. Its a must visit for stay family friendly. Staff is cooperative. Most importantly it is hygienic food served is super delicious. Food n drink serverd are yummy n mouth wtering. Staff is continuously available for your service. Rooms with great view.

A wonderful place to stay & unwind with family. Food was very tasty & hospitality was top notch.Room was very comfortable & room service was great. A great place to stay n relax . If we needed anything,room service provided us immediately without any hassle.

When we visited this hotel the reception management was fantastic during check in and checkout especially Mr Arafat who helped us during payments very well by correcting and reducing the amount of bill but upon check we had a bad experience especially with restaurant management. It was very poorly managed and response time for food order and other issue resolution was too bad. For multiple issue, management never came back with issue resolution. House keeping management was too unprofessional and not serious about their job in the hotel. Although trainees were handling the responsibilities in a better way than the actual staff of the hotel. Cockroaches were observed near and in the swimming pool hence cleanliness was also an issue which restricted us to enjoy fully our stay in the hotel. Restaurant management needs to learn more courtesy towards the customer as order response time and overall communication wasn’t experienced convincing and commitment etiquette needs to be worked upon.
