Friendly and welcoming. We only had a one night stay after arriving late at Corfu airport. The welcome was warm and friendly, and despite the kitchen being closed, they were able to make us a lovely meal. The room was basic, but clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine. We would certainly use the hotel again without hesitation.

Οικογενειακή απόδραση Άνετο, ήσυχο και πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη με άνετες ξαπλώστρες. Διαθέτει parking και είναι κοντά στην πόλη με το αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες. Στο πρωινό θα θέλαμε μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία και το δωμάτιο να διαθέτει χαρτί κουζίνας, σακούλες σκουπιδιών & σφουγγάρι πλυσίματος πιάτων εφόσον έχει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Dine, Swim, Sleep, and Dine again! Lovely I love a family run hotel and restaurant. It felt like we were part of the family! Accommodations clean and comfortable but the food was Amazing! Dine, swim, sleep, and dine again!

Not the right attitude for such a good rated hotel Unfortunately everything started on the wrong step during my stay at this property. After reaching the hotel, around 19pm, my wife, my 2,5-year daughter and my mom they put us to wait around 20 minutes to check in while the lady responsible for it was serving other guests on the terrace. I went 2 times to ask her if something was wrong, and she told me that I should wait because that was not a hotel, but their business is just renting apartments, which was really hard for me to understand since the name of this property is Mariettas RESORT. Before checking IN, the responsible lady told me that everything should be fine in the apartment, but they didn't manage to renovate the kitchen. Of course, it was a trick to give me another apartment, not like the one I booked, and it's shown in the property pictures. After a few minutes, I went to talk to her again and to ask about how we don t have even a coffee machine in the apartment as it was shown in the screenshots of the apartment I booked, and her reply was:' The other apartment is booked now, so if you have any complains, please call ******* so they could find you another property, which of course I did. All this time, the responsible lady addressed me with: 'My friend', which I didn't find really nice.

A little hidden gem! The 2 bedroom apartment we had is very nice! We shall return.

We ate here several times whilst staying at a hotel a bit further up the hill, and were blown away by both the quality of the food and the friendliness of the welcome. A real gem of a place. Marietta is definitely in change and is a fantastic character - by our second visit we were treated like old friends! The food was amazing - especially Mama's Corfiot specialities (the Moussaka! The Bifteki!!) and good value for money. We also popped in to buy large bottles of water, bus tickets and stopped for iced coffees and smoothies. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and only wish we could have delayed our flight home so we could have attended the karaoke/ party night. The whole family helps out and everyone was just lovely. What a brilliant find.

I am here for the 3rd time now and for good reason!! Marietta and her family make me feel like I'm coming home!! It is a lovely small-scale apartment complex with an excellent taverna where you can enjoy an exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner. I already know that I will come here for a 4th time!!

Ik kom al jaren bij Marietta ‘s Resort. Nooit een probleem gehad, integendeel. Elk jaar is mijn vakantie weer geweldig. Jammer dat de vorige recensent zo ontevreden is. Als ik wegga laat ik het appartement uiteraard netjes achter. Mijn lakens zitten niet onder de rode wijn. De vloer is niet spekglad van de olie en er staat niet overal vuilnis. Zo zou ik mijn appartement niet durven achterlaten. De cleaning lady komt verschillende keren per weer voor schone lakens, handdoeken enz. Jammer dat Marietta boos is geworden, dat hoort niet, maar ik kan het mij wel een beetje voorstellen. Ik herken helemaal niets in de uiterst negatieve beoordeling!!!

Staff are nice and friendly at first when you spend money, almost too friendly. This was until the owners daughter came screaming and swearing at us across the pool in front of the other customers which is extremely unprofessional. This is when we found out the cleaning lady, who by the way did not once come in and clean our rooms or give toilet paper or towels during our 5 day stay, had told the owners daughter that we had told her not to go in our rooms. She was lying out of her teeth as she knows full well we did not once even speak to her. The owner was screaming at us due to the fact that we had washed up the glasses but had not put them away, and there was slight sprays of sun cream oil on the floor tiles. The daughter seemed to have major anger issues and in a fit of rage episodes threw the coffee table out of the window, proceeding to smash it, and once again the owner who is the mother, decided to blame it on us and scream at us. We found this completely disrespectful and unprofessional and even intimidating. I extremely suggest if you fancy enjoying your holiday, I advise you not to come here as the family who own it seem to be very fake and only content when we are spending money, can I also say it’s extremely overpriced. To add on to this, the cleaner clearly does not do her job as she was threatening to quit over having to put cups away and wipe the floor. Extremely petty worst place I’ve visited by far. To add on to this, we were charged an extra €80 for ‘damages’.

Although I didn't stay here I drank and dined there several times. The service was second to none and Marrietta and her parents were fantastic hosts. Mythos served in frosted glasses and lovely food. Absolutely top drawer. I will definitely be back.

Heerlijk gegeten in dit bescheiden restaurantje. Mooi gelegen alleen even iets omhoog lopen. Vriendelijke ontvangst en goed verzorgd. Uitgebreide kaart met traditionele Griekse gerechten en normale prijzen. Kan het een ieder aanraden.

Niets dan liefde voor deze plek en mensen! Niks is te veel, gezellig, liefdevolle Marietta! En natuurlijk papa en mama die koken met veel passie. Pas op! Als je er 1 dagen ben geweest om te eten, eet je nergens anders meer zo geweldig lekker en gezellig. Alles vers, het gaat niet tegenvallen!
