Ibituruna Center Hotel

This hotel has a great location in the centre of town. Whilst the staff are very pleasant, the management just don't care. I booked a double room months in advance but when I arrived, we were shown to a tiny room which would have been small for a single. I was told the hotel was full on there was nothing they could do. The garage there is pretty small for parking cars. As a result you need to leave your keys at reception but they have no system to ensure that only the car owner can retrieve them. You are invited to choose them out of a box or on occasions the receptionists just leave them on the desk. My keys ended up 500km away when another customer took them by mistake. The hotel showed little interest in trying to resolve this and I more or less had to do this on my own. The manager actually told me he didn't care! Breakfast was good

Muito bom! Boa experiência! Porém faltou a cozinha aberta para esquentar mamadeira e comida da minha filha de 10 meses. Mas, sempre que precisei, fui atendido pela recepção que levava pra esquentar na cozinha que eles usam.

It would have been great to have a small table with chairs, and a TV in living room area. The TV in the smaller suit didn’t work. There was only one channel. In addition we didn’t have any any glassware in the suit.
