The second bedroom has twin beds easily convertible to a king if requested and a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with full bath located in hall. All bedrooms include HD flat screen televisions. Master bedroom has a keypad safe in closet. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Our condo is fully air-conditioned and contains in-unit Wi Fi. Additionally, all living areas and bedrooms contain ceiling fans. For your convenience a washer/dryer is available in unit. Beach/pool towels are provided at no cost. Cleaning takes place on a daily basis. Located in the heart of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance is just a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and a grocery store. While there is no need for a car, Grace Bay Car Rentals is located across the street from Villa Renaissance. The mosaic pool has been newly renovated with a cooling whirlpool, pool-side bar and furniture. Exercise and relax with the on-site lighted tennis court, air-conditioned fitness center and Teona spa.
