Grace Bay Club

Grace Bay Club was incredible. A very boutique hotel feel, with the most amazing and friendly staff we've ever experienced. The villas were enormous (3 bathrooms!!!), the food was fresh and perfect, the beaches pristine. The pool was never crowded. It totally spoiled us! A HUGE shout out to our concierges - Antonio, Bruce, and Patrick for going above and beyond booking our excursions (the half day snorkel was the best experience of our family's life - we swam with SHARKS), our incredible dinners (best was Grace's Cottage!) and all of our cab rides. Always a friendly face around the resort and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. A tip for Turks - BRING CASH! There are like 2 ATMs within 4 miles of the resort and they were both out of cash! We wanted to tip everyone (because, again, the service was incredible) and had to add the gratuity to the bill when we could. We will be back. Turks is exploding with new hotels and resorts - but the intimate feel of the Grace Bay Club is something I will never forget. Although we had our 3 kids with us, we were totally regretting not coming here for our honeymoon!

My husband and I stayed at Grace Bay Club for our Honeymoon and this place did NOT disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. Our personal concierge Fredna truly made us feel special and made sure all of our needs were met. They even decorated our room with roses! The resort was quiet in the best possible way. We can’t thank all the staff enough, specifically Fredna, Beatrice at The Grill (who even gave us a bag of rice for my husbands water damaged phone!!) and Elijah at the front desk. We left truly feeling like family and without a doubt will be back again. If you’re considering staying at Grace Bay Club, do it! You won’t regret it.

This was the second time we stayed at Grace Bay Club and this time we brought the entire family. I can say that the staff at Grace Bay Club took our experience to a whole new level. They went out of their way to make our family comfortable and ensure that we had the best experience possible for our 4 nights. Tiffany, Godfrey, & Narvy were tremendous as our concierges. There was a slight hiccup (which was rare) with our grocery delivery and they quickly responded and rectified the problem. They visited us everyday at breakfast to check in and make arrangements for our evening whether it was dinner suggestions or transportation. Beatrice and her staff (Junie, Antonia, & Stanley especially) at the grill were warm and welcoming everyday and made everyone feel like we were staying at home. We had amazing service and could stay and enjoy the table as long as we liked. We were never rushed. Pool and beach staff were great as well, making sure that we had adequate seating for the 7 of us (no small task!). The accommodations were spectacular and recently renovated. We stayed in a three bedroom suite that was on the first floor. This was absolutely perfect as it was only 50 feet from the Infiniti bar and adult pool. Overall we had an amazing experience and the resort has made tremendous improvements in the customer service experience since we last visited. I would highly recommend for couples or families and we will definitely be back!
