Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Sunny Tejita", built in 2005. In a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 180 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery, café, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Playa de Sotavento" 600 m, nudist beach 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7.4 km, surf school 2 km, children's playground 450 m. Nearby attractions: Aeropuerto Tenerife Sur 9.3 km, Playa de la Tejita 1.7 km, Centro comercial La Tejita 180 m, Siam Park 19 km, Siam Mall 19 km. Comfortable accommodation in a quiet area, shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for 3 adults, 1 child and a baby.

We really liked the apartment, very well equipped. The pool is quite large and was always clean, the place is very quiet, ideal to rest and leave the stress of the city behind. I recommend it for its quality and tranquility.

The apartment was well situated near the beach. It was quite modern with necessary furniture and utensils but the lack of a working washing machine was an issue for us. Would expect some compensation because we needed to pay for the laundry to be done.

The apartment is fine, the sofa to sleep less (we booked for 3 people). Kitchen, a bread knife and drainer are missing (I made pasta and had to use the salad spinner basket). 1 set of keys only! Security: we had 2 power outages and I noticed that the emer

Very pleasant stay, the apartment is well located and well furnished. Very close to la tejita beach and a small shopping center.
