"I stayed at your hotel for a short time, only 4 nights, but I really liked it: cozy, clean and fresh. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. I was pleasantly surprised by the security system of the locks. The only thing was that there were difficulties with self-registration, since I had such an experience for the first time."

"It was well located for the places of my visit in Tenerife, an expensive value for one night and not fair to be three stars, I did not see it enough to give it the stars
Much delay than the one who attended us at the entrance yesterday and lack of bath soap, I hope the facilities improve and it does not have air conditioning"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Vilaflor 😁 the self check-in was straightforward and our room and the communal areas were very clean. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vilaflor with plenty of on-street parking available nearby. We found the bed to be comfy and the room to be warm in the evenings. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice bonus.
As noted in other reviews, the only negative for us was the thin walls separating the upstairs bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep at times."

"En cuestión de ubicación para caminar al Teide y hacer senderismo, está muy bien, para buscar paz y tranquilidad tbn está muy bien. Pero en cuestión de servicios no estoy muy satisfecha. Reservé habitación con la opción de cana doble y cdo llegamos al hostel , eran dos camas individuales , que incluso al pegarlas se abrían por el centro, solo una toalla cada uno para 3 días,, el baño era compartido ( en la aplicación no lo ponía ) y lo más importante, la persona encargada de atender las llamadas de las reservas, apenas habla español y cuando habla, parece molesta."

AAnonymous UserОтличный хостел за свою цену, буквально в минуте ходьбы от океана. Дружелюбная атмосфера, ежедневная уборка, даже небольшой уголок для коворкинга. Есть две кухни, одна работает с 08:30-22:00, другая круглосуточно. Комнаты оборудованы вентиляторами. С учётом вечного ветра в Эль-Медано, довольно комфортно. Сам хостел расположен в шаговой доступности от остановок автобуса и супермаркетов, которые, кстати, работают и по воскресеньям. Единственный минус, который бы я отметил - это отсутствие навеса на крыше. Когда солнце, там очень жарко.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was very good, direct access from the pool to the sea ! Very nice pool with large swimweather beds ! Rooms are large, unfortunately only a ceiling ventilator, but no air conditioning, was sufficient for the season (February) but. Breakfast offer very good with mirror eggs, røry, spice and beans. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee machines and it formed long snakes before the devices because the machines worked quite slowly. It was also because some people pressed the Espresso key 5 times for a cup of coffee to get a cup full. Otherwise I can recommend the hotel further !

GGuest UserI had a brilliant time at this hostel and met some lovely people. The place is kept clean, the common room is a great size, and there's space to hang wet things after going in the sea/washing clothes. Lights go off at 11pm so people can sleep if they want. The location is perfect - minutes from the beach and restaurants etc. I felt that some of the staff could have been friendlier and more inclusive but overall would definitely recommend this place to solo travellers.

AAlzy32This hotel offers unaccompanied check in and it is not very intuitive. I had some difficulty checking in as did two gentlemen who were waiting in the lobby before me. They did not speak Spanish at all and their English weas limited so I helped them as I had already contacted someone in charge via WhatsApp. During my stay I did not see anyone at all in the front desk area. An hour and a half before check-out time I sent a message to the staff about keeping my bag in the hotel while waiting for my transportationto the airport later in the day and they responded three hours later. I had already left and found a place that would store my bag. Overall, this place is not very convenient if you are hoping for clear communication on getting into and checking out of the hotel easily and smoothly.
