Very clean and very tidy and staff were very friendly

Excellent location and very nice front desk young man. He was very welcoming and gave us good recommendation for dinner the blue moose. Clean room quiet and would recommend it to others. Minutes from everything in the area including the highway and downtown.

We got in late, and LOVED the self- check in in the Hilton App!! We did not even need to stop at the desk, my phone was used at the key , the tv had a “welcome Jessie” message . I couldn’t also check out this way. It was so convenient, I was impressed!!

We stayed at ground level next to the parking lot which I would recommend against. A gentleman decided to let his diesel truck run outside our window at 6 AM in the morning which as far as time we are early risers. The vehicles rear end was right next to our window and fumes came into our room so bad that I had a headache the rest of the day. I let the staff know immediately and all I got was crickets. The staff later said that a General Manager would contact me and of course there’s no contact. Also the seal had let loose on our window which makes it hard to look out. I’d ask for a large discount if your room is next to the parking lot

Our hotel stay was very good. The pillows were much too soft so it was difficult sleeping. But otherwise it was very good.

The toilet in our room was plugged and the man at the desk said he would call maintenance that was at 10:30 am. We came back from shopping it still wasn’t fixed it wouldn’t flush. Then finally at 7:30 pm I asked for another room and he said he’d try get us a new room and after I had said we can’t even flush he gave us a new room. Very sad that it took all day and at fist he never believed me till he came himself. Just not impressed with the Hilton hotels.
