We had an amazing stay at  Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort ,  perfect location and outstanding service. Butler Haijun (海军） was incredible, remembering every detail and always responding quickly to requests. They made us feel truly special with his attentive and personalized care.  

If you want a flawless stay with top-notch service, this is the place! Highly recommend.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent and comprehensive, including a mini-fridge stocked with cold beverages. There are plenty of charging ports, and they are all secure. The hotel also features a kids' play area and a well-stocked convenience store/pantry. Their shuttle service to the scenic area was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle with taxis.

A major highlight was the hotel's in-house restaurant. It was perfect for dinner – the food was delicious, portions were generous, and it was very reasonably priced.

Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless. We stayed for two days, and housekeeping even tidied up on the second day, which was a thoughtful and welcoming touch.

Environment: The ambiance truly exceeded our expectations. I was initially debating between this and another hotel, but I'm so glad we chose this one. We were extremely satisfied!

Service: The service was outstanding. When I arrived carrying many items, the front desk staff proactively offered me a bag, and to our delight, even upgraded our room! Although a minor issue arose during our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, adding a genuine warmth to our trip.

If I ever return to Jiuzhaigou, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! ❤️

Pros: close to Pudong airport, comfortable bed, reception staff.
Cons: very weird layout in the bathroom. Most awkward I have ever seen. Top floor swimming pool is neglected. No restaurants or shops in vicinity. Busy road just in front of the hotel. 

The rooms are spacious and bright, with luxurious interior decoration without losing warmth. Each room is like a private paradise for guests to relax. The professional service and technical level of the hotel staff are trustworthy. They can quickly and effectively solve various problems and provide security for guests. The hotel has a variety of convenient facilities, such as an indoor fitness center, to meet guests' leisure and health needs and enhance the overall accommodation experience. The hotel's breakfast service is rich in variety, from hot breakfast points to exquisite pastries. Not only are there a variety of varieties, but the taste is also excellent, providing guests with a perfect start.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport; T2 is even nearer, and T3 is just about a ten-minute drive away. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle service, with many drivers working in shifts and a good fleet of vehicles. The driver who picked me up at night was very friendly; we chatted a bit, and she shared that their manager acknowledges the hotel is older but believes their service truly makes a difference. She seemed genuinely happy throughout, and I felt the same way – I will definitely stay here again. This hotel is excellent. They honestly don't need to call guests asking for good reviews; when a hotel is run with such dedication, guests will surely notice it.

The location and service both deliver the classic charm and quality expected of an established star-rated hotel. The restaurant is truly excellent, and breakfast is an absolute must-try! Their wedding services and the outdoor braised meat stand are also unique highlights, attracting huge crowds! The rooms are very spacious, and the wide corridors add to a wonderfully refreshing and pleasant stay. With a night market street conveniently located right next door, your evenings will certainly not be dull.

The lobby is quite stylish, the room is more spacious than the average hotel, it is worthy of five stars, the toothpaste is still Colgate! Breakfast really helped me eat, more than 30 dishes, each of them was a little bit, very good! The front and back garden configuration can be compared with the five-star hotels in the first-tier cities!
