Booked to stay here two nights as with voucher Could say what it was like inside we couldn’t even get in never had code to get in So tried two numbers which were outside none worked if inside was like outside absolutely disgusting had to pay in another place for two nights So please people read reviews

Don’t bother spending you money here Really poor. Didn’t have the code to enter the hotel. A 10 min phone call later let us in and then no room code. Again a 10 min phone call got no where then was told someone would come in 2 mins, 10 minutes later we gave up and went somewhere else without seeing the room. Kitchen was open but no one on site.

Very Budget and a little unsafe It was a budget room and very much felt like it, there was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door so couldn't close the foor, and the TV had some kind of bodged DIY wiring which sparked nad buzzed when I used the TV. In the end I turned the TV off for my safety so that was not usable at all. Wallpaper pulled off, plaster crumbling.

Wouldnt rebook Toilet was leaking - Called through to several different people to try get different room/engineer to sort and no luck. Was abit of a pain there not being no point of contact

Mixed Bag Room looked like it has been recently decorated and the bed was comfortable and was extremely close to the beach sea front and town centre. Main snag was, no remote for the tv, one mug when it was a double room, headboard light and power point wasn't working, bathroom sink tap felt like it was going to come off each time I went to turn it on and off and the walls/door wasn't soundproof as it appears the place is used to house people without full time accomodation and they were very loud till quite late!

Very disappointed It really wasn't good .it wasn't what it was advertised on the website. It said bed and breakfast there was no breakfast because there was no staff .the staff wer surpose to come replace toilet rolls etc they didn't so we ran out off things .no spoons to stir ur tea etc .they changed the code to your room when you paid but didn't lnform you .the majority off people that wer staying there wer not happy. We will not be staying there again for there again we paid a lot off money and wer very disappointed it ruined our stay in gt yarmouth
