"The room allotted to me in crescent inn greater noida is decent but they don't have dim lights available and flush switch is broken in the toilet. The people are very much casual they are not responding often and not giving proper reply to the asked questions. They must learn to be professional to pursue their job as hotels or homestays. That's it. I am done."

"We stayed here for 2 nights for an exhibition at the nearby india expo. The location of the hotel is great (5 min walk from the india expo. The staff was really helpful & courteous! the food was very good as well"

"The waiters in the hotel are very friendly and nice. Help with luggage, breakfast is also good. There are elevators up and down the building. There is no problem at all for business stay. The road ahead is also wide. Easy to pick up and drop off."

"The room was ok but the service provided was extremely bad I was not able to connect with housekeeping and restaurant from my room the food was not good and there was also no provision of complimentary drinking water I would request all to not use their laundry service as it will completely destroy you cloth"

柴柴The hotel restaurant is more expensive, but the hotel is in a good environment and the service is very good! The room is large, the breakfast variety is not much, the room provides two bottles of 1L Pepsi-Cola mineral water every day, not enough to ask the waiter, mineral water is very important in India! There are subway and KFC nearby!

EEM LIThe room was nice, but a little old. Laundry was expensive, and there was nowhere to hang the clothes after washing them.

GGuest UserI stayed on november 13 to 14 in kds residency greater noida, the place which is located is very near to bus stand and knowledge park ii metro station, the infrastructure of the hotel is very fabulous and the view of balcony and room service was extraordinary, the one thing i would like to mention is the food was very great because i'm south indian so i didn't expect this much from north indian hotel! my rating for this kds residency is 4. 5/5

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the window added a touch of serenity to my stay. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, as everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's environment. The surrounding area was peaceful and beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect spot to relax. Whether it was taking a stroll in the garden or enjoying the ambiance from the balcony, i found the setting to be incredibly calming and refreshing. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and made excellent recommendations.
