We had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

It was much better than I expected after arriving than I thought while booking on the Trip.com app!
First of all, within 20 minutes walk from Gastown, there is a convenience store and restaurant street right in front of you, and the bar next to the hotel lobby is really ok. The accommodation was in good condition and I couldn't use it because it was raining, but the terrace is also elegant! The staff were friendly and went to Halloween and even the cute chocolate event... Real cost-effective, clean and nice! 💕

I invited friends to stay for 8 consecutive days and specially booked a hotel in downtown. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The rooms have ”kitchenettes” where you can make simple meals. The hotel is conveniently located. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the Skytrain station, 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and take the ferry directly to Granville Island. March is the most beautiful cherry blossom season in Vancouver...

The room size was excellent- with a large bed, a seating area and comfy reading chair. It had an alcove closet with plenty of space.
The service was fabulous, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The room service food was delicious and arrived on time.
The only improvement I could suggest would be for better bathroom lighting in the shower area and perhaps a magnifying mirror for us senior clientele. 🙂
The location is great but the public transportation around the hotel is not so good. Lucky, taxi services are available and reasonably priced.
