Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang

Hotel is clean, strategic location in gresik. Breakfast is good but same menu everyday.
Room Service is very slow ( took 30min-45 min ) after we call the reception. Overall recommended Hotel and will come back again.

I am satisfy with the service of Aston Gresik hotel, the staff is very helpful and the front office do their job bery well. I strongly recommend to stay in Aston Gresik Hotel since the location is good and you may spend your time to shopping at the mall just besides the hotel

A good location, away from city but in the city. A mall just next door makes it more convenient. Spacious room, clean and comfortable.
Check in staff (two ladies) was great, quick and efficient. Check out was breeze (one male staff). Sorry I didn't get their names but all have been friendly.
Requested for clothes iron within minutes it was delivered, very fast service.
Buffet breakfast was plenty to chose. Staff very attentive. Had a great morning.
