In a hamlet with 5 houses 2.4 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 20 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 32 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2 ha, large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 90 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Firenze S.M. Very nice, functional and lovingly furnished house. But you always have a very warm contact person in Mariza and Mauro, since they live on the ground floor. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, there is a fireplace and with the 2 terraces you can eve

Petite Maison propre avec tout le nécessaire. Propriétaires Maury et Mariza très à l écoute sans être intrusifs. Literie et linge de Lit soyeux. Il manque juste un canapé dans la Maison. C est sûrement dû au manque d Espace pour le mettre. Magnifique pisc
