"The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day."

"Very good location , walk only 3 mins from train station . Though room is small, everything needed are there. The balcony is perfect facing the mountain view which we can have some drinks there. All day have coffee and tea ready for us.. They are not allowed to cook at room but with a microwave in the small area of dining room. This is good . Highly recommend this hotel and will visit again next time .Breakfast is perfect ."

"The service at this hotel is truly five-star. Every staff member, including the bartender, was warm, genuine, and impeccable. I didn’t have high expectations for hotels in Grindelwald, but the service here absolutely meets luxury hotel standards. They even arranged a complimentary car to pick me up from another nearby hotel where I was visiting a friend, and upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were modern and very clean. I sincerely give my highest praise."
