Cap Maison Resort & Spa

One of the best hotels i have stayed in globally as it combines a superb position with excellent facilities and wonderful customer service. Each and every member of the team deserves applause, whether they be in the restaurants, on the beach, servicing rooms, in reception or maintaining facilities. Nothing was too much trouble and the most impressive feature was that everything was immediate - a request for additional minibar content was met with a tap on the door literally within a minute. As a family, we wanted a peaceful, relaxing time and the hotel worked very hard to achieve that. On one or two nights we had loud music across the bay (it was the annual Carnaval) but the hotel did their best to minimise the impact. As others have mentioned, all inclusive is definitely the best option with a wide range of meals and drinks available, not just the basics. The only challenge was trying the avoid eating and drinking too much! We had a baby with us and she was very well accommodated, thanks to the helpful staff. As we were in the off season the hotel wasn’t full, but the occasional shower didn’t worry us - in fact it was quite refreshing in the heat, so don’t be put off visiting the island at this time of the year. Rooms were very spacious and beds exceedingly comfortable. Plus our own pool was well used, particularly for the children. We would have no hesitation in recon Ending this place to friends

Best hotel stay of my life and I have traveled to boutique hotels all over the country. I also am a nurse and do not like to feel “waited” on or that people are “serving” me. Staff cared about you and were attentive but it never felt forced or objectified - I can’t really put it into words. The staff cared about their work and they seemed genuinely to appreciate what they were doing. The hotel and grounds were insanely beautiful. My husband owns a landscape company so he has high standards when it comes to grounds and they were just gorgeous. Many tiny nooks and corners to relax. We purchased the Cap It All Inclusive and had the best meals!!! We loved eating on the beach at the Naked Fisherman - or the views from the Cap. We also stayed at Hotel Chocolate during our stay - If you are planning to come to Saint Lucia (this was our first time) def stay here if you can afford it and are looking at the other top resorts.

We loved staying at Cap Maison for our honeymoon! They took great care of us, upgraded us, took note of my wife’s dietary restrictions for the week and even crated a menu around what she needed and really made sure we had an enjoyable time. We would most certainly return if traveling back to St Lucia!

Cap Maison was amazing! An incredibly beautiful resort with a warm & wonderful staff. The food was fabulous and the beach was lovely! We went snorkeling almost every day and enjoyed a very relaxing stay. It was a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A 10++

Really, just a perfect time. Food was incredible. Staff were so hospitable, friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean, comfortable and impressively decorated. We're considering making this an annual trip. We're well travelled and few places get it right like Cap Maison. We left feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world, until the next time we can come back to refuel our souls.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The room was a wonderful suite, excellently equipped, with a plunge pool on the roof - secluded heaven! All the staff were very welcoming and attentive, but not all over the top. The food and wine was all top quality, with a changing menu adding interest. The bed was super comfortable and, despite the rather cloudy weather, the beach was clean, with comfy loungers and tasty food at the Naked Fisherman. I think this is the best hotel on the island. Definitely hope to return.
