Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Great experience with Diamond club and exceptional services. All my family enjoyed. I was very scared due to reading last couple of reviews none of them not even closed to expected. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Do not believe most of the negative comments. Beautiful huge resort with beautiful people and beautiful exciting experiences! 110% I will go back for sure!!!!

We enjoyed the Diamond Club amenities for our son’s wedding. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for more professional butlers,Nikita and Kaysha. They went above and beyond to make our visit an excellent experience. They made us feel comfortable, well informed, and were super friendly. Our room was very well maintained by our lovely maid Cynthia, She did a wonderful job and was also very personable. It was a beautiful resort and you have good walking distance to all the amenities of the resort. There does however, need to have some maintenance done on the resort, replacing tile in and around pools, tightening loose fixtures, usual maintenance. All in all, I have more positive than negative to comment about the resort. It is definitely worth checking out!

Diamond Club Client, my room Luxury Penthouse… Hotel gorgeous, pools amazing, beach calm and beautiful. Be aware of the agents over the phone, they make changes to your reservation, without your consent. I booked a Lux, presidential swimout and I call to add one more night and they change to an ocean view, without notify me. Spoke with agents, send email and everyone ignore me, but they were very fast to charge an extra 1,300 for the room. Diamond club office stink, no AC working, the manager and the assistance on DC have nasty actitud, no willing to assist and help. Claude, Augustus, Vivian and her manager Bottlers make the experience a little bit more pleasant. Restaurants.. Italian, OMG 45 minutes to bring wine and 3 cokes, the food came 20 minutes after the drinks. Be aware that appetizers and main course came all together. The armadillo, steak house, Zen all service and hosts amazing, service great, smiling and very attentive. Be away from the buffet all those ladies, that welcome you nasty NASTy RuDE …. And 😂😂 cokes take 30 minutes to get there. Spa, very nice, good massage, everyone spend 450… in couple massages.. it was ok, service needs to improve.. they don’t even walk to the hot pool, in case you want to enjoy that benefit. They score you out quick after the massage. Other resort they ask if you want to join the steam sauna, pool or anything inside the Spa. Diamond club pool and service very good… Main pool bar service, it was good. If you give 20 dollars tip the treat you better and don’t look at you like you bothering them. The wet/dry bar … amazing Service from Ken guy.. always so nice and smiling, I got there at 4:45pm and need a house keeping to clean the vomit, on Diamond club remember. And they send one after 10 calls at 9:40PM, WORST service I ever experienced. High management sucks, they don’t care about the customer experience, no vocation for what they do only pay out. Stay away from this people they will never will help you. Not even the General manager and the guess service manager victor. Good luck. Best Royalton service since the moment you step in is Grenada… Hands down to the staff.

CHILLIGANS ISLAND!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE This was the worst experience I have EVER had while staying at a resort. Where do I start? We stayed in the diamond club. I was here for a family members vow renewal. We were here for 4 days in a swim-out room that cost 650 a night. My room had a leak and there was black mold growing on the wall. The ceiling in my uncles room fell due to a leak in his room as well. My cousin had to get a new room because her bed was soiled. They always ran out of food and when it was available it was nasty. the alcohol was watered down. The whole time we were there we asked for wash cloths that never came. I had to steal towels from the beach area because they would never bring us new towels. One morning we called for room service breakfast and they told us they weren't serving breakfast. This was at 8 am and mind you this is an all inclusive resort. My husband watch an employee at the food truck near the kiddie pool try to use bacon that was dropped on the floor on a woman's sandwich. Had he not made it known to her that he saw her, it would have been used. Oh and they have roaches, huge roaches This space isnt large enough to list all the things wrong with this resort. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

We stayed 20-30 th Aug in block 7 with the Diamond club upgrade . Last year we stayed in the Royalton Antigua. This resort is nice, relaxing and plenty of food choices/ sunbeds. Room was nice with the partition ideal for us. The butler was very helpful indeed . Restaurants were on the whole very good. The buffet suffered from understaffing which led to long queues at times sadly. The sports bar opened at 12 and the aircon only cameon at 3 pm so it was roasting - a big shame as last years sports bar was fantastic and people come in to get away from the midday heat .staff were at times very rude which took us aback .Nexus tours staff and trips were absolutely brilliant. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. Please don’t be put off by the complain about the slightest things reports.

Nikita and Kayesha were amazing!!! They are amazing butlers and get the job done!! Food was great and we had a wonderful experience! Rooms were very clean!
