The Villa is a very large with 7 oversized en-suite bedrooms. The property boasts one of the most enviable ‘dramatic Views’ on the prestigious Cap Estate, looking centrally over Plantation beach and the Sandals golf course from an elevated position.We are in close proximity to Pigeon Island which has some of the most fabulous beaches on the island as well epic snorkeling and we are just 7 minutes in a vehicle to Rodney Bay and all its fantastic amenities.We will happily assist in planning your perfect stay, arrange local and airport transportation as well as advise on the many wonderful excursions St. Lucia has to offer.The property itself benefits from a large function/bar area which is a fabulous entertaining space, outdoor dining area, very large swimming pool, pool bar, double kitchen and large dining rooms. We also benefit from an almost constant cooling Windward breeze and all guestrooms and the bar area have modern AC units.The generous space allows larger families and groups to stay together whilst being able to maintain lots of individual privacy. It is also a fabulous space for smaller wedding parties and we have hosted many functions and weddings at the property.Included in the rate are domestic staff to clean the property throughout your stay. Summer Breeze is a beautiful property set up on the hill in Cas en Bas overlooking fantastic views of the national park and ocean. Set in private gardens the house has a pool with deck area where you can enjoy the sun whilst benefiting from the cooling breeze. We are 90 minutes drive from the international airport and 20 minutes from the Old Airport in Castries The house is 5 minutes drive from Gros Islet with its wonderful beach (also famous for Friday Night Fish Fry) and less than 10 minutes drive to Rodney Bay with all its restaurants and shops. We are also within easy reach of the beaches at Cas en Bas and Pigeon pointYou will be greeted on arrival by our local house manager who is available throughout your stay to ensure you have a great time - she can organise taxis, car hire, restaurant bookings; trips and even a chef. We offer the house for rent on an exclusive basis only - we can sleep up to a maximum of 8 people in total - offering 3 double rooms and one twin - all have en suite bathrooms with a shower. The 4 bedroom on the upper floor is a suite and has a separate sitting room. All rooms have balconies with room to sit. We have a large sitting room/dining room area with shutters which can be opened to bring the outside in!
