"The hotel is very charming and very well decorated at the entrance of the fortified city, so very well located for the balades but also to reach its car outside the ZTL. The bathroom was well even if I had to wait a while to have hot water. I don't think I had the best room but I've been very disappointed to see that there was no window in my latest floor when I thought a moment at the delivery of the keys that it would be all the opposite with a view. The breakfast is quite complete and the coffee made by the server is good. The bed was very close as the earrings were."

"Let me start by saying - i enjoyed it for 3 nights maximum, would not have stayed longer but would also consider coming back. My husband was/is less keen as there is not much to do onsite and you must go out for daytrips. I loved the gym for weight training and cardio! i liked the food options although the service was super slow on our first night (over an hour for our Primi and then...they forgot the Primi and brought the secondi...and then the Primi. Shambles! but it was not repeated the second night :) Quality was good of dinner and breakfast - both were included for us. Drinks super overpriced, even water! Pools were nice. Farm was nice to visit with my toddler and there was a nutella party. Rooms were good. There was no way to book the grill place...t was always fully booked... Checkout was flexible on timing which was super helpful for us with a kid. the pool bar was cash only...which meant we couldnt have coffee / food unless we had cash (which we did not)."

"الموقع ممتاز عند السفر بالقطار كما أنه يقع بجوار محطة غروسيتو. يمكنك أيضا الوصول إلى وسط المدينة (البيتزا الرئيسية) خلال 10-15mins المشي. كانت الغرفة فسيحة بالنسبة للمسافر الوحيد مثلي. فقط ملاحظة أن لا يقدم المرآب الأسنان (معجون الأسنان وفرشاة الأسنان). وإلا فإن مرافق الراحة ممتازة، ومنطقة الدش أيضا كبيرة. ويضم الفندق منطقة سكنية مع أسرة جيدة. بالقرب من محطة المترو، ويمكن الوصول بسهولة إلى مناطق الجذب الرئيسية سيراً على الأقدام. موظفو المكتب الأمامي ودودين و حاولوا أن يتواصلوا معي بأفضل طريقة ممكنة باللغة الإنجليزية هناك مصعد لذا لا تقلق بشأن الحقائب الكبيرة. نتشر الإفطار رائع وضخم حجم الصراخ للموظفين الودودين/باريستا ريمونا (اتمنى ان اكتبها بشكل صحيح) لتناول القهوة المذهلة والتحية دائما بابتسامة كبيرة على الفطور!"
