What an amazing place. It’s full of colour and it is a great project to support local people. The room was clean, big and comfortable. En suite bathroom. The food is of great quality and home made. The staff is friendly and professional. They offer a lot of activities. Definitely recommended.

Really beautiful place, feels like home. The personnel was very friendly and open. The decoration was like a work of art, full of nice details. The foundacion does amazing work for the community. Guamote and Inti Sisi is one of Ecuadors best kept secrets. If you love off the beaten path indigenous culture you must come visit Guamote. They have a Thursday market that is probably the best and most authentic in So Am. Even better than Saquisili! Inti Sisi Guesthouse is community run and the community benefits from your dollars being spent with them and helps to support programs that will keep local children in Guamote. They can also arrange many day trips. This is a beautiful well run guest house. Add Inti Sisi and Guamote to your itinerary.

Not a good experience. The dining room was taken over by a very loud party of about 20 from a single European country. They were playing games or holding contests, everyone loud. We could not even hear each other speak during our hasty dinner. A long lecture broke out. Our comfort was neglected. Worse, next morning we waited 40 minutes for the hostess so we could pay our bill. She knew we were waiting, but was talking with the guide for the European party. We were invisible, I guess. And, there is no place to go from this place. You are stuck in it. And, I hate to say, the art is amateurish. Good food. Wish we could have enjoyed it.

We stayed at inti Sinta with group during a roundtrip and were surprised by the beauty of the place. We were welcomed in a professional and very pleasant way. The dinner served was great and the rooms are very nice. Definitely the place to stay when in or close Gaumote

Wonderful Guesthouse (and actually a very professional little hotel) run by Belgians and Kichwa Staff that with its income finances local educational projects in Guamote and in surrounding communities. Great Breakfast & Dinner, great Lounge with fire place, very hot reliable shower, comfy beds, very friendly staff. Feels really good to stay there. You can learn more about the projects and visit the community or do other guided tours. Check their website. If possible come Thursday, thats market day in Guamote, that was AWESOME! The whole town is full of local Kichwa people in pretty traditional dress, selling and buying animals, fruit & veggie and loads of other stuff. Also, stroll to the old train track bridge at the river, just follow the tracks northwest. Its beautiful there...

La atención en Inti Sisa es superior, su personal, propio de las comunidades de Guamote, fue muy profesional y amable. Y la comida es espectacular. También el hecho de que tienen una fundación que trabaja por el bien de las infancias y mujeres del cantón me atrajo mucho más para conocerlos de cerca. Admirable

標高3000メートルを超える位置にあるグアモテの町は小さいですが、先住民の人々が多く独特の雰囲気がある素敵なところでした コロナの後、列車が運行しなくなったのは残念ですが毎週木曜日には市場が開かれ、山から降りてきた人々で賑わい、町を散策するのが楽しかったです Inti Sisaはセントロの近くにあり、町や彼らのことを知るのに良い場所だと思います 宿のスタッフも親切な先住民の方で簡単なケチュア語や、彼らの文化について教えてくれました ホテルも綺麗で小さな町にこんな素敵な場所があることにビックリしました！ 宿泊されてる方はエクアドル国外から来られてる人が多いようで皆さん英語で話をされていました、何人も泊まられていて小さなゲストハウスですが人気の宿のようでした
