There is a vertical air conditioner in the bedroom, but only the bedroom is warm, not the living room downstairs. It was dry and hot in the middle of the night, so I had to turn off the air conditioner. It is recommended to install the air conditioner in the living room and a smaller air conditioner in the bedroom. The dishes in the restaurant taste good, the price is reasonable, and the portion is large. It is suitable for three or four people to eat. It is a bit wasteful for two people to eat.

Then we didn't know that they were off work at 19:00 for dinner last night, and she reminded me at 18:43, but I missed the call and called back at 19:00. They said they were off work. Later, they could only drive half an hour to the county town to eat. I mentioned it to the female leader in the morning, and she was very aggressive. Can't she speak properly? I was in a bad mood for the whole morning. I feel that the entire scenic spot wants to be more professional and improve its service awareness. But the female leader at the front desk is very arrogant. I saw that many bad reviews were due to her service, but I still gave good reviews for the hardware and grassroots staff.

房間超預期，就在景區裏，中式風，休閑空間大，上下兩層，滿足一家三口需求，性價比高帶門票和小零食，還有冰箱和保險櫃，服務好，人人面帶微笑，耐心又友好，如不住民宿單純買門票到景區玩就不值了。

不是人住的，我的天，這個地方像沒開發，靜悄悄的，我們開車上山開了快一個鐘，山路很窄很危險，景區裏面設施很多都關了，住宿是爬十幾分鐘山上半山腰入住所謂星空屋，白天太陽直曬房間好熱開空調拉上窗簾都沒用熱氣太強了，房間材質是透明塑料，裏面有大蜘蛛和不明昆蟲，前台説住山上正常的換了房還是有的，洗澡水忽大忽小忽冷忽熱，把我們帶到房間後就不管了沒有任何售後也沒有任何服務，荒山野嶺用餐也衹能下山到在他們民宿自帶的餐館又貴又難吃，感覺到處都是坑不值這個價，晚上好恐怖，沒有人防守的，我們在想進賊怎麼辦？有蛇怎麼辦？很害怕但是大晚上又不敢下山，很無助，發出來是想給大家避雷

這個地方確實特別美，休閑度假太合適了，其實基本上所有的工作人員服務都特別好，也特別熱情。酒店用品也都很好，特別喜歡這個地方，石斛燉雞也特別香，美中不足的前台年紀稍大的服務員態度真的不好，我們退房了問她可以了嗎愛答不理的。 提個建議：因為房間本來就很少，能不能客人訂房後主動聯繫一下，因為我定了以後打了幾次電話給前台問都是問一句答一句的，主動服務意識太差，我們第一次去很蒙，因為道路環境確實還在修繕，一路靠猜靠問路人上去的，到了打電話結果説往貢斛苑上來，去了貢斛苑問工作人員説我們在山上，讓我們往旁邊入口上山，我們進山太大就更蒙了，走了一段問工作人員説是你們要在下面辦入住，打電話給前台説讓我折下去辦理入住，雖然最後我説去不了，帶着孩子沒去，工作人員上來找我們辦理，但是，這個過程確實讓人挺不舒服的。（我猜接電話這個服務員就是前台那個年紀稍大的服務員，因為接觸了好幾個服務員態度都挺好的。） 説實話，昨天因為入住內心是想給個差評的，但因為景色確實很美，接觸的其他服務員也確實很好，希望改進吧
