They didn't even tell me which floor it was. Guests need to look at the room card and guess which floor it was. There was a breakfast coupon on it, but they didn't tell you what time breakfast would be served on which floor. I had to check it out in the morning! In the future, can you make a note of when your hotel will close at night? So as not to affect other guests' mood! If you don't want to open an online order, you can turn it off. You can just tell me directly that the hotel will not accept you and refund the money. Why should I spend money to endure your anger? Every penny of salary comes from guests.
