Great location, the check in counter was super easy to find.
Instructions for the washing machine wasn’t clear and the dryer doesn’t function well. My 4 t shirts weren’t completely dry after 90mins ..
Rooms are of decent size if oddly shape but the bed was comfortable enough.
Breakfast was mediocre, most of the products are ordered in - saw the staff emptying out from plastic boxes.
Service would be decent if only they didn’t push for me to check out via a phone call at 11am..

-location:excellent, direct line 3 from airport, hotel near to Linhe west exit A. Convenient to travel to other parts of Guangzhou. But when leaving, have to carry the luggage down the stairs n may be a challenge with children
- hotel does not have a proper lobby as it is located in a commercial/office building
- 2 ladies at the check in counter has great service, full of smiles. Need to brush up on knowledge of attractions in GL to offer suggestions to travellers
- lady at breakfast area is very helpful n had great service attitude
- the stone pebbles near the bathtub are very sharp n painful, suggest putting 2 rubber mats in the room. So that the kiddos/adults can step out safely
- the cartoon print blanket shown in photo are not in the room. There is also no kids bathrobe. A bit disappointed
- room operated by Al (Xiaodu)

Clean hotel located right next to the metro station. The reception is open 24/7 and the staff were friendly. We had some issues such as the door not locking because of lock ran out of battery but the reception fixed the problem very quickly.
There is a family mart in the same building and several restaurants nearby.

It is very confusing because the hotel is located in an office building. They rent one of the floor.. we arrived really late and it was hard to find the entrance. The office lobby was used as in hotel lobby as well. don’t expect much of amenities, but the room and the Florida the hotel was on is great. I don’t really recommend paying for breakfast very little options.
