Service: The hotel has not been understaffed due to the Spring Festival. 雖然住過了很多民宿，但是我一般很少點評，但是這家值得點評，整體的感覺是非常舒服的，服務很到位，周邊的整體環境非常舒服，一家有院子有温泉有幕布的民宿真的非常難得，另外最重要的是裝修的細節到位，衞浴方面的體現是最明顯的，很多表面上看起來很好的民宿，但是衞浴做的一塌糊塗，而這裏無論是馬桶，淋浴還是洗頭台都很好，裝飾品搭配的很好牙刷牙膏都很好。還需要改進的地方就是一些角落的衞生，因為房間很大又帶院子，所以房間內的衞生打掃起來肯定十分麻煩，一定要注意好角落的一些地方的衞生，比如床的縫隙還有牆角邊，需要更多花功夫。

There are comfortable place. Boss also kinds, they have many children attend program. At night , can watch movie with family at outside. Restaurant little slow but staff is very kind. I have been visited more than 100 hotels, for the first time I am impressed by restaurant staff. She really apologized for delay dinner. I can feel her mind. I will visit again.

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. The hotel was originally designed for a private house, with three bedrooms and one living room, two bedrooms and one living room. It is suitable for a family or a few friends. The balcony has a bath. The hotel business philosophy has room to improve and increase the guest experience to increase repeat customers. For example, the limit of 2 pools of water is normal. The two pools of water cannot be used. I have not used up the two pools of water for two days, but the quantitative model feels uncomfortable.
