Very lucky the room i get is clean, no bad smell. But my friend another room having bad smoke smell although they mention is non smoking room, but they can't control customer not to smoke insidetge room. So is base on your luck. Location is strategic 3 min walk to railway station and shopping mall. This is a service apartment, so facilities, but near by shopping mall and have a family mart next to the lobby.

Very nice and clean hotel.newly opened. Very helpfull staff.owner is a best guy and went extra miles to assist us.its half an hour drive to market area.if you prefer clean and peaceful environment and can travel 30 mins to market by taxi then this is place to stay.It is a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance, and the transportation is extremely convenient, and it is only 2 kilometers away from the city center Grandview Plaza, Tianhuan Plaza, Tianhe City, and Taikoo Hui, and the overall experience is very good and pleased.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with everything—booking cabs, ordering tea and coffee, and even helping us place online food orders. Truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met! We tried three different room types during our stay: • A small room without a window • A small room with a window • A large suite All were clean and well-maintained, with the suite being the most spacious and comfortable. The small rooms are a bit compact, especially for travelers with lots of luggage, but still equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. For Indian travelers: The hotel is a great choice, although there aren’t many Indian food options nearby. That said, the staff was kind enough to help us order meals online, which made a big difference. A special thanks to the wonderful staff members: Situ, Xiaoxuan, Xiaoyu (Beck), Xiaoyao (Coco), and Zhanpeng. We especially want to thank Situ for her amazing help and for guiding us throughout Guangzhou—it made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. Our only small disappointment—no discounts offered! But that’s just a joke, because honestly, the overall value and experience made it totally worth it. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel environment is very good and convenient for travel. It is inexpensive and of good quality. I have been staying here on business trips recently. The front desk service is also very good, the boss is also very nice, and the morning tea below is very authentic.

It's a wonderful hotel but pretty far from all the tourist attractions. It's surely peaceful due to its location. The breakfast was simple and good, it wasn't very crowded at the buffet. There's a guest laundry with free access. The room is very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Amber is really sweet and gave us a smooth check in. Jimmy helped us with our bags right till our room, he always smiled and greeted us. Chris helped me book the tickets and was always up for helping in any possible way. He also sent me a welcome fruit plate :) They aren't the best at English but we communicated using wechat and translator apps. I appreciate all their help and efforts!

Service: Like 5 stars hotel - Staff are so friendly and helpful. They're willing to help answer questions asked by all means. Very impressive ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location: If you're going to Shenzhen, the hotel is just 2 stop away from Guangzhou south railway station. However keep in mind that the high speed train 🚄 station is so far away from the hotel. Amenities: Toothbrushes, and everything needed in room're well provided. They're 2 bottles of water in room, but the hotel provided plenty of bottle of water in the lobby to grab. Nearby: Subway is about 5-10 minute walk. There's a local restaurant next to the hotel and a couple of mobile shops.

The check out experience was very poor. Not friendly or pleasant at all. If they behave like ‘we don’t care’ no guests will come back. The location is very good and quite central. Easy access to Guangzhou East railway station, taxi and public busses.

-location:excellent, direct line 3 from airport, hotel near to Linhe west exit A. Convenient to travel to other parts of Guangzhou. But when leaving, have to carry the luggage down the stairs n may be a challenge with children - hotel does not have a proper lobby as it is located in a commercial/office building - 2 ladies at the check in counter has great service, full of smiles. Need to brush up on knowledge of attractions in GL to offer suggestions to travellers - lady at breakfast area is very helpful n had great service attitude - the stone pebbles near the bathtub are very sharp n painful, suggest putting 2 rubber mats in the room. So that the kiddos/adults can step out safely - the cartoon print blanket shown in photo are not in the room. There is also no kids bathrobe. A bit disappointed - room operated by Al (Xiaodu) Overall is a great place to stay

A very satisfying stay! The service of Mehao Lizhi Hotel Guangken Tianhe No. 1 Branch is very considerate, from the front desk to the room staff, they are warm and thoughtful, especially the customer service butler is very considerate. The room is clean and comfortable, and the smart home is very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the cost performance is super high. Highly recommended!
