The apartment is a find in Guarujá, on the beach of Enseada, there are more than 180m² of great comfort, it is one block from the beach, in the same street as the Hotel Casa Grande which in addition to convenience, offers even more security.
With a large kitchen (fully equipped), air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and the living room, you will be able to enjoy a lot of convenience.
TV room (with cable TV so you don't miss any of your favorite shows) integrated with the dining room, you, your family and your friends will want to stay a little longer.
If you need the apartment has a laundry area with washing machine.
We have two parking spaces and beach chairs.

Apto espaçoso, limpo e como descrito no anúncio
O zelador Alex de uma simpatia e super prestativo
Localização excelente
Roupas de cama e banho disponíveis
Tela de proteção em todas as janelas (pra quem vai com criança é uma preocupação a menos)
Algumas melhorias q poderiam ser feitas: geladeira não gela muito bem, ventilador de um dos quartos não funciona

Muito bom, indico!
Estadia foi ótima, tudo correu bem, o apto é amplo, limpinho e muito bem conservado, fica próximo da praia. E o Marcel proprietário, zelador e a síndica, são todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Casa espaçosa, mas muita coisa quebrada
Ar da sala está quebrado, as portas dos quartos estão ruins e não fecham, wi-fi não pega nos quartos, as bacias estão todas soltas e parecem que vão quebrar a qualquer momento, as duchas não esquentam, somente um quarto esquenta, máquina de lavar joga mais água no chão do que no esgoto
