"The view from the room is spectacular! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with an amazing shower. It’s located about 5-10 minutes drive away from New Gudauri which is ideal - it makes it quiet and peaceful but still close to the hustle and bustle. The restaurant has amazing food!! They also have installed an elevator. I absolutely love this place and will definitely stay there again. "

"Gudauri Hills: The Ideal Choice for Apartments ​Having explored several hotels in Gudauri, I can confidently say that the apartments at Gudauri Hills truly stand out. What I liked most were the spacious apartments with stunning views and balconies, which are a rare find in Gudauri. Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen that has all the necessary items you might need. ​The location is unbeatable it's very close to the first ski lift, which is a huge convenience for ski lovers. The hotel also houses one of the best Georgian restaurants, "Pasanauri," where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes. ​As for the prices, they are very budget-friendly during the low season, and during the peak season, they are fair and appropriate for the resort. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience even better. ​If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment in Gudauri, Gudauri Hills is definitely the best option."

"We booked the same day, booked during the day, arrived in the evening and checked in for 1 night. The second floor was waiting for us, fully equipped, there is a kitchen with everything you need, with dishes, a large refrigerator, gels, shampoos, towels in the bathroom. There were 8 of us, there were enough beds for everyone, and everything else. We settled in very comfortably. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the veranda. Wi-Fi worked great. We put 2 cars in the garage, they fit. Borjomi is 5 km away, far on foot, only by car. Down by the road they bake delicious flatbreads, hot, from the oven. Across the road is a grocery store. Nearby is a river and beautiful views."

"The hotel is at good location, right on tge highway. You can walk or take a taxi to ski points or new gudauri. The best part is free sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast, though quite good has less vegan options so be careful. But overall good experience."

"We were not at the hotel but visited the restaurant in this hotel. High prices and small portions. Have taken spaghetti balanise and 39 larries brought a portion for a 7-year-old child. Is this restaurant on a ski resort? I definitely don't recommend it!"

"This was a last-minute booking for 1 night in April after the hotel we'd originally booked cancelled on us the day before we were due to arrive... but we were very happy with the way things worked out! Staff were fantastic – I have to mention Armaz on Reception in particular, who was charming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was fairly compact but super-comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Most of all we LOVED the sauna, the bucket showers, the pool (which I had all to myself every time I went down there) and our evening soak in the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for a couple of days, and everything was great. The location is especially convenient for skiing — right next to the hotel there is a slope, and if you go down just a little, you will reach the first ski lift. This made it very easy and comfortable to get on the slopes quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel"
