They have to improve on their services especially cleanliness, if they want to retain their customers. The noise from the staff in the morning robbed me of the rest that informed my decision to lodge at their place

Bait and Switch!!!!
The toilet leaked water every time you flushed, leaving the room unsanitary. There was only one dry towel in an Executive Suite; they knew it was a two-person stay. We had reservations for two executive rooms, but once we checked in, they explained that they only have one executive room in the complex, so we had to contact ******* for our money back on the difference. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW the system to book two rooms if you only have one available? That is a NIJA Hotel for you.

Crawling insects in the room. No towel provided. Shower curtain was disgusting. Can’t really use a foreign card for payment had to wait three hours before I managed to have someone send the payment through on my behalf. Just ideal to get in, sleep and go about your business the next morning. Don’t expect any real hospitality
