Vienna International Hotel (Guidong)

Vienna International Hotel (Guidong) ★★★

📍 Room 101, Tower A, Building 1, Yujing Huating, Guihua Avenue, Oujiang Town,

"Using Trip.com for many years, this is the first time I can't help but want to comment. In recent years, I have been back and forth to Guidong for a holiday many times in the summer. I have been staying at Linglongwang Hotel before. I feel that the facilities and equipment are old and I want to change the environment to choose Vienna. I stayed for two days this time, and the location, facilities and environment are good. The service makes two suggestions. First of all, I praise the flexibility of the premise. I don’t know the double room with a single breakfast. I left the store the next day and called to communicate the checkout. The front desk lady chose to give me a waiver. And I have not brought a room card many times. I have patiently given me the situation. New business card. There are two points in the bad feeling. First, the first day of the stay is the outer ping construction. When my car is parked on the ground, I have to go out. The pier is placed on the right and the floor is repaired on the left. I am going to go out to the right for a long time. The security guard (should be) immediately ran over and reprimanded me for going to the wrong side. I said that I also put a pier here to block how to get out? He immediately ran to get away. This is not the attitude that service posts should have. I am a consumer and I still feel that I have to suffer your temper. The second is breakfast. At 9:10, the staff stood in the hall to eat. The meal was not over and the dining car was placed in the dining area. I looked at the box and the water was really appetizing. The coffee machine responded slowly. My friend used the trouble to ask the staff. The employee's reply is like this, don't worry, the coffee cup still has a big gap. After breakfast, I went to get coffee. The employee sat and took off his shoes at the welcome desk to sort out the insoles. I saw it clearly. I was thinking, will she wash her hands and serve again? Personal feelings, service attitude and on-site management are still relatively lacking"

📍 No. 1, Tianxin Village Group, Jindong Village, Oujiang Town,

"Going to climb Bamian Mountain and Qiyun Mountain, I chose to live in Guidong. There is a parking space downstairs in the hotel. There are many parking spaces. It is very convenient. The room is large. The cleaning is also very clean. The price/performance ratio can be said to be very high. Sleeping is also quiet. The boss cooks in the morning. The powder is delicious!"

"The hotel stay experience is great! The facilities are large, the room space is large and the lighting is good, the mattress is moderately hard and comfortable, the smart toilet and shower equipment are easy to use, the Wi-Fi network speed is fast, and the daily needs are considered. In terms of environment, the lobby is decorated in style, the trees outside the window are shaded, the night is quiet, sleep is completely undisturbed, and the quality of rest is particularly good. The service has nothing to say, the front desk check-in is very fast, the staff has been smiling, there is a need to solve it immediately, and when you check out, you also take the initiative to ask for feedback. It really has a kind of intimacy to go home. In short, all aspects are super satisfied, and I will stay here when I go out!"
