Excellent service, so friendly and helpful at all times, anything you need, anything you dont understand just ask reception. Guilin can be a hard to navigate without a local guide, but the hotel acts as a local friend that you have anytime, 24/7.
The breakfast is so delicious with all the local cuisine and in fact it is better than the restaurants, especially the Guilin Mifeng, the Guilin vermicelli. There is a good balance of western and Chinese breakfast items.
We are particularly impressed with the location being opposite the lake/river the scenery is stunning, waking up to the Gulin mountains is such an unforgettable experience.
The slippers are very comfortable, the toilet is automated and the whole room is Smart ( bit too smart for us, haha, took us a while to find out how to operate it all).
The windows are double glazed and sometimes there is a classical Chinese band practising their music across the hotel beside the lake/river.
The roof top level is amazing see photos for sunset
Its a 15 minute walk to a lot of local attractions.
Most of all, it is the staff that is always so helpful for all things you need while you are away from home., thank you!!

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was top-notch in every possible aspect, room was specious and hi-tech (there were labels in English:). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is also great, everything is within 10 minutes walk. Definitely recommend.

I like the facility with the room coming with its own water dispenser. Really like the view of the nearby sun and moon pagodas at night as well.

Great hotel for location and services! Unfortunately they do not speak English but you can easily communicate through WeChat or translators. I would recommend them to fulfill this lack since there were a lot of foreigners.

Very nice hotel with great location and rooftop pool and terrace with amazing views of river and mountains. The staff was friendly but not a lot of people at the front desk spoke English. We also had a breakfast which was quite good. I would recommend to add some western choices like pancakes, ham, cheese, yogurt bowls.

Hotel is just located near the lakeside walk. About 10-15 mins walk to the sun moon pagodas and zhemyang street.
Very convenient, yet serene area.
Our room was nice. A little smaller than expected but its very clean. Room view was blocked by the trees but the view from the roof was very nice. Especially closer to sunset.
A good variety of chinese dishes for breakfast plus snacks and drinks at the lobby..
All in all a very nice hotel. Am looking forward to staying there when I go back Guilin.
Had hoped for some body lotion in the room an teaspoons too
