Guilin Xiangshan District 4-star Hotels

Hotel is very clean and new. Service is excellent. When I informed that we have a tour bus to catch very early in the morning, and we will miss the breakfast. They offered us to pack some good to go.

The Venus Royal is a very great hotel to stay when you come to Guilin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! As expected, the room was clean, odourless and quiet. We were able to sleep very well! The breakfast was very delicious and as soon as something was empty, it was immediately replenished. The location of the hotel was great. We could reach everything on foot in a few minutes.

We loved this hotel! The service is excellent, the staff team is trying to make your stay comfortable. You won’t miss anything here. They even have a area where the kids can play and feed with rabbits. The room in which we stayed is spacious, clean and nice decorated. The breakfast is good, there are many choices. Hotel is at walking distance from the elephant hill trunk and two rivers and four lakes. Reed flute cave is approx. 15 min drive from hotel. Will come back here again!

A very well managed & maintained hotel, spotlessly clean from corridor carpet, elevator, bathroom faucets polish etc Front desk staff are all service minded, polite & eager to help. Bed is comfy provided with one soft & one harder pillow Free self service laundry & dryer + detergent at multiple floors comes in handy Long sighted spectacles (with various degree) even provided at Front desk for the convenient of guests use. 10 minutes walk to nearby Elephant Rock & Sun Moon lake Breakfast spread is a notch above most local hotels (not international brands) Definitely a high value for money hotel to stay. Do not expect a good view from your room though due to hotel is at city center surrounded by similar height buildings

Hotel is located conveniently near major tourist attractions, right in front of the Elephant trunk hill, nice view at of the Sun and Moon Pagodas from the hotel restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable, nice gesture by the to provide complimentary soft toys for both of my children to bring back home as souvenirs.

Location: We can walk to famous sight seeing places such as elephant mountain and twin tower. There are convenience store and KFC nearby the hotel. Room: Clean and wide enough. Free drinks in the fridge. Service: It took long time to check in. It maybe the reason why the staff didn’t get use to foreigners. Overall staffs are very nice. I really recommend this hotel for family use.

The hotel is walking distance to Elephant Hill but it is surrounded by old buildings and the view from our window was not great. The hotel and the restaurant is also quite old and worn out. We did not feel the warmth of the hotel staff during our stay. In the end we shortened our stay at the hotel. There are better hotels at a similar price.

The overall style of the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the staff is also very nice, and there are coffee and desserts for free in the evening, which is very nice! ! The hotel is located next to Shanhu Scenic Area, with beautiful environment and good air. It is very close to Xiangshan, Liangjiang Four Lakes, and Pedestrian Street.

The hotel is right next to Guilin Station, only a 3-minute walk away. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and shared bicycles at the door. It is very convenient to travel, especially for friends who don't drive. The hotel is newly renovated. I was worried that the room would have a smell, but I really couldn't feel any smell in the room. The hotel room is also very large, the bed is also very large, the front desk also thoughtfully helped to upgrade the room. The front desk service is also super enthusiastic, consulting travel, and patiently recommending guides to us. The hotel environment is also very good, there is a small garden, and the gym is free to use. I will stay here next time I come to Guilin

Value for money stay.  Amazing laundry room with 3 washers and dryers and a big space to hang dry clothes!  Good lighting inside room.  Breakfast selection is good except that there is no coffee.  Toilet space a bit small.
