A great hotel! Although it is a Hyatt, its hardware and software are completely at the level of Grand Hyatt or even Park Hyatt. The public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, and the environment is full of artistic atmosphere, giving people an elegant feeling. The room facilities are good and comfortable. The front desk staff Stacey and Austin are friendly and enthusiastic. They called in advance to inquire about the room reservation requirements, answered questions patiently and thoughtfully, and recommended many delicious places! The hotel's swimming pool is large and clean. The area is quiet and prosperous. The mountain scenery is green and there are lights on the street downhill. It is within walking distance of Guizhou Provincial Museum. It is so convenient that I stayed for two more days.

1. The service process is very smooth. After I asked for my room number during breakfast, I returned to the room 40 minutes after dinner and the room had been cleaned. This means that when I was eating, the restaurant directly notified the housekeeping department, and the housekeeping department cleaned the room as quickly as possible during my meal, and compressed the process within 40 minutes, which is very good. 2. Unlike the butler of a certain Ji who disappeared, the private butler of Zhenbo will say good night every night, ask morning and inform today's temperature and weather in the morning. And remind that if you don't have time for breakfast, you can dial 0 to let the restaurant deliver bread, fruit and salad to the room for dinner. And be on call at any time 24 hours a day. 3. The process standard is high and the training is in place. When checking in, a concierge will take the guests from the hotel gate to the elevator, and then the butler team will take over, accompany the guests to check in and help the guests take their luggage to the room; the details such as the waiter in the French restaurant helping the guests pull the chair are very comprehensive, which means that the overall standard of the Zhenbo team is high and well-trained, and the process is clear. 4. Breakfast time is 7:30-13:00. Breakfast and lunch are eaten together, so you can sleep in peacefully. 5. The amenities are sincere enough. The minibar is rich and can be replenished unlimitedly. The razor is of good quality (the wooden handle razor is similar to the one in Chengdu Boshe). The night bed service provides facial masks and diptyque lotion. The toiletries are all diptyque small bottles. The tea products provide the same tea products as Chengdu Boshe, JING. This is a hotel with absolutely no shortcomings (special thanks to the housekeeper Gina).

Our 5-day, 4-night trip to Guiyang, the first two nights were in the city, and the last two nights were Anantara micro-vacation. Environment: We were in December and there was actually nothing fun, but we came to rest so we were very satisfied, and we also took travel photos. The hotel's follow-up photos were also very good, and finally selected more than a dozen photos Facilities: The hotel has various activities every day. We went to participate in foil painting and bonfire parties, which were all very good. The most satisfying thing is the hotel's spa. I had a full spa treatment and it was very comfortable. I fell into a deep sleep. Most importantly, I would like to thank our hotel butler DaliaY again~ She patiently answered our questions, solved various reservations, and handled our emergencies~ Thank you~ I will stay at Anantara again when I come to Guiyang next time~

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently answered any questions I had. They also prepared small gifts for guests. The only downside to the room was that the carpet was too dirty and looked dirty. Everything else was fine.

From check-in to check-out, I felt the respect and courtesy of the staff. Environment: The hotel lobby is elegantly decorated and the environment is quiet and comfortable. As you walk into the corridor, you can smell the faint fragrance. There is also an air purifier, which is a very thoughtful detail. Room: Of course, it is gorgeous and spacious, which is the consistent style of this hotel brand. Bathroom: Very clean and tidy, with high-quality smart toilets and shower products. Breakfast: A combination of Chinese and Western food with a wide variety of choices. The food is very fresh and the overall standard is high quality and tastes good. Finally, I would like to thank the front desk clerk Jeff Wang for his thoughtful help to the guests. The reason is that when I was traveling in Guizhou, the tour guide forced me to shop and I was cheated out of money in a black shop, which made me lose confidence in Guizhou's tourism culture. Jeff listened carefully to our experience and enthusiastically helped us complain to the local tourism bureau. Before we left the hotel, he told us that he had informed the local tourism management unit in Guizhou and told us not to worry. In the end, the incident was resolved satisfactorily. This is a great hotel to stay in with amazing views and amenities. It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The staff is always helpful and I’m so glad I met Shauna (Wang Cong). She was very helpful and was able to speak fluent English (which is really helpful when your Chinese isn’t the best)

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

During my one night at the Hilton Hotel, I experienced the attentiveness of the butler Frank. Whenever I needed him, he responded quickly. And Zora's check-in method was fast and timely. After a night of sleep, the warmth of sleep, coupled with the first-class service, really made me linger.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!
