Cape Casa is a beautiful, updated townhome (end unit), with tasteful touches throughout the home. It is only 200 steps to the beach, and loaded with amenities to make the trip as easy as possible. We provide beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, a cooler, and nets for your time at the beach. In addition to this, you will receive a credit toward the rental of beach gear. You can have bikes, kayaks, umbrellas, and other goodies delivered directly to Cape Casa to help you enjoy your stay. The house features a deck overlooking the lake, with opportunities to feed the friendly turtles. You will find a propane grill, fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV's, and high-speed Internet. It is a very comfortable home in a comfortable community. The gated community, Barrier Dunes, features two community pools and two pickleball courts.
