There are also stairs leading from the covered parking to the condo. There are no elevators at Summer House West. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit is located at 1988 West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. I have the privilege of managing this condo for really super owners, Paula and Mike Bayack of Kansas. They are beach people trapped in Kansas. They tirelessly worked to have their condo nearly totally renovated after the hurricane in September 2020. It took over 7 months to restore everything but it is more beautiful than ever.
