Denize sıfır olması ve üç havuzunun bulunması havuzdaki yoğunluğu engelliyor Her havuz başı bari var bu da her dakika serin kalmanızı sağlıyor Yemekler ve seçenekler mükemmel en sevdiğim kısmı o oldu istediğim sevdiğim her yemeği bulabildim açık büfenin hakkını vermişler. Bundan sonra bodrumdaki tek otelim derim çok memnun kaldık eşimle teşekkür ederiz

O kadar kötü yorum vardiki korkarak gittiğim otelden ilk güvenlik görevlisinden danışma KOBİ'lere temizlik personeline barmenlere ahcilara güvenlik personellerine aklınıza gelebilecek herkes birbirinden iyi ve ilgililer.otel şahane .temiz güzel anlatilmaz yaşanır diyorum.tabi joly turdan bana rezervasyon yapan fatmanur uğuzdere cooook güzel bir oda ayırdığınız için size çok teşekkür ederim.cok güzel ve dolu dolu tatil yaptık.hepinize teşekkür ederim....

Just back from a week at this hotel very nice but a bit of an unusual layout as if you are in the block by main pool you have to leave complex and re-enter further down the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Ramazan & Vahab in the restaurant who would go that extra bit to make your meal times better and are a credit to the hotel. Food was good my only fault on this was the puddings were not labelled so you didn’t know what you were eating. 3 pools 1 with a slide (which opens in the morning and afternoon). Games room which comprises of 2 x pool tables and 2 x table tennis tables. Rooms were a bit on the small size if you went as a 3 and some views and balconies left a lot to be desired. No tea / coffee making facilities in most rooms my son did and I didn’t so I asked at reception and were told they don’t have them but when I pointed out my son had it they said they would sort it out but never did. Can be quite noisy at night as shops opposite hotel had bars and clubs above so music travelled into some areas (room 1260 was ideal). Don’t checkout until you are about to depart as they turn off WiFi to your devices the minute you hand card in. Definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues as no lifts in any part of hotel be it reception/ lobby bar or upper floored rooms. Normal problem with sun beds by pool but you could normally find one on the beach.

Solid 4 star all inclusive hotel, really lovely staff. When we arrived our first room was straight from 1970’s student digs. Quick chat at reception and was taken to see some alternatives and had a recently modernised room which was much better. Staff are really attentive and lovely especially Ramnzam (known as “the best” according to him anyway 😀) Food was pretty decent given the amount of people being served, good variety for an all inclusive. The alacarte is ok, but found it strange to have to pay for drinks at this part of the hotel. 3 pools were good but never a free sunbed in sight if you are not someone for the crack of dawn towel / bed claiming nonsense Nightly entertainment was high quality if a little brief Summary, recommend this if you are able to grab a bargain, but if you want high end and are spending lots of money you could find some better but to be fair there’s lots out there not as good

This hotel is in a great location next to lots of shops, bars & restaurants. It is set in lovely grounds & right on the beach too. The rooms are comfy enough with a fridge & plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobe. There is a safe but you have to pay extra for it. The shower is powerful and there is a hairdryer. There is no kettle or cups so bring your own if you like an early morning cuppa. The staff are all very happy to help & are polite. There are 3 pools, all very busy with towels sunning themselves for hours on end! The food was very good, excellent quality & plenty of choice. You can eat for about 16 hours of every day & bars with alcohol, for about 14 hours. The place is clean but the public loos could be less stinky I think. There is an overpowering smell if stale urine so maybe a little extra scrub is needed there. Overall I really liked it here & I’d definitely go again.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. All staff members in every department went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic holiday. The biggest mention has to go to the animations team, they were amazing from the start of the day right till the end, and always got so many people involved with the activities. The two that stiff out the most mehmet and ozge. Wow these 2 entertainment staff you have to keep them as long as you can, they interacted with every guest and made sure everyone was okay and having fun.
