Swissôtel Living Bodrum

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

The weakest link in the Swissotel chain. An incident that is unacceptable in a 5-star resort hotel: unless you are in the top room category, your room—even if it's a suite—has no balcony. The bedrooms don’t even have windows, and both bathrooms are so small it's hard to move around in them. There isn't even a designated space to hang wet swimsuits. Housekeeping service is very poor and is sometimes skipped altogether. There’s a good chance you won’t find the dish you want on the menu, because the response is often simply “we’re out of it.” Sometimes, you can’t even place an order as they say there’s an issue in the kitchen. Don’t go to the beach before 11 a.m. — leftover food plates and dirty towels from the previous day are still not cleared. Noon is the ideal time if you want a clean beach towel.

Great hotel and great location. Staff are amazing especially the concierge Emrah. Restaurant staff are amazing and friendly. Food is good. Beach is wonderful. Highly recommended Room is beautiful and clean. Housekeeping poeple are friendly and professionals

They stay was amazing Very friendly front desk will go above and beyond to help and accommodate our needs the facility is huge very safe and kids friendly the beach is nice and the buggy service is always available loved our stay was very comfortable
