A Memorable Stay at The Westin Sohna – Royal Pool Villa We recently stayed for two nights at the Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, choosing the Royal Pool Villa for a relaxing getaway. While the stay was overall delightful, there are a few observations worth sharing — both highlights and areas for improvement. Let’s start with the positives, which were many: The dining experience was truly the highlight of our stay. Every meal at Red Bricks restaurant was exceptional — not just in taste but in the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Special thanks to Executive Chef Pradeep, ***** with Amit, Saurabh, Gaurav, Dinesh, Chirag, Himanshu, Ujjval, Ranjana, and Mercy. Their hospitality, genuine enthusiasm, and personalized service created a memorable experience that set a benchmark for resort dining. From custom touches to engaging conversations, their attitude compensated for every other shortfall during the stay. However, a few areas of improvement did stand out: Bathroom design in the villa felt slightly dated and not quite aligned with the premium nature of the Royal Pool Villa. Staff availability in the gym and recreational zones was inconsistent, making it difficult to get assistance or use facilities smoothly. We experienced a few technical glitches with the Marriott Bonvoy app, especially related to check-in and service requests, which delayed responses on a few occasions. That said, the exemplary service and effort by the restaurant team did a lot to offset these inconveniences and left us with warm, positive memories. In summary, while there are small gaps that can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience, the people and food at Westin Sohna truly shine. We’d be happy to return — and sincerely hope to see the same amazing dining team again.

Our stay at The Westin Sohna Road was truly exceptional — a perfect mix of nature, relaxation, and outstanding service. A special shoutout to Ranjana, our main server, who was the sweetest and went out of her way to make our kids feel comfortable. Chef Rathore and his entire team was constantly checking in, tailoring meals to guests’ preferences, and delivering amazing food. Our mornings started peacefully with a professional yoga session, and the kids’ sports activities were fun and engaging. The environment was serene, surrounded by lush greenery that made for a perfect getaway. Service was impeccable throughout — Keshav ji, the Room Service Incharge, ensured everything ran smoothly. Servers Mr. Dinesh, Suraj, and Aryan were efficient and attentive. The tea by Ms. Florence and Mr. Dileep was simply perfect. Lastly, Mr. Ishaan at the front desk was extremely helpful. From guiding us all about the property, to taking care of our minutest needs, he was always there with a smile. A truly refreshing experience — we can’t wait to return!

I would say this is an amazing place to relax and specially the Food. Chef Pritam Dagar and Mr. Rathore made all efforts to treat us with best of the food spread and taste. We had all world best cuisines be it middle eastern , Indian , Chinese :-). Sweets side were amazing and difficult to choose from. Overall had a best of time

Decided to go for a staycation in my 7th month of second pregnancy. Welcomed by the staff Komal and her colleagues. We were upgraded to a presidential suite with one king and one queen bed. Ducks and turkeys roaming around and visible from inside the room glass doors and windows. At the restaurant we were well taken care by Ranjana and her team with even food items off the buffet menu. Rakesh bhaiya who take care of the pets made my 8 yr old enjoy a lot with guinea pigs and rabbits and goats n emus. Thanks to the entire team of westin sohna for such a memorable and comfortable vacation experience.

I visited the hotel for an office event on Saturday. The hotel is hige with lush greenery all around and several rooms but seemed to be a bit old when compared with other Westin or Mariott properties. Our event was in Ballroom 1 which had a good hall for activities but the food could have been better. Lot of items were not up to the mark and several items were over quickly and took time to refill. The buggies are limited and was difficult to get one during check in timings. Their swimming pool and petting zoo were good but could have been maintained better. The staff were helpful and good.

This was our umpteenth visit to Westin Sohna. The property though beautiful is showing age and is in need of refurbishment ( everything works well though) however the team is excellent , service standards high as ever and the F & B was fantastic. My compliments to the chef at The Red Brick room and our server Himanshu, we were looked after very well and we look forward to visiting Westin Sohna again.
