Itsy by Treebo - Collection Inn

I visited gurgaon and booked this hotel. I found myself lucky to book this one as this is really a premium hotel in economic Hotel industry. They have a grand reception which is quite big. Especially when I see the rooms they are quite big and I was literally expecting that the rooms would not be that big, Staff is really Good and Polite, The Manager who was at the reception is highly educated and know how to treat Guests, I would like to Refer this hotel to everyone who are visiting Gurgaon for Sure. FOR Couple as well this is a great place to stay as they have quite Silent Rooms and they have a good view from terrace from there you can see the whole gurgaon in a blink. Plus you can see sunrise and sunset from there. Literally I would say that the stay at this hotel is awesome you should try atleast for once

I have always been a treebo customer as they never disappoint. Stayed at this property for nearly a week while recovering after a medical procedure and had a wonderful stay. First i had booked for two nights but liked it so much that i called their central team and extended it for a week. The hotel is located in the heart of gurgaon, a bit off the main road in a quite, safe and a peaceful location. Cabs and food delivery services quickly arrive and shops are stone throw away. The staff at the hotel is very kind and well mannered. Dipanshu, the manager, is polite and a true gentleman who ensures that your stay is as comfortable as it can get. A special shout out to somu, the service boy who is ready to serve anytime. Hotel is new so rooms are neat and clean, bed sheets are crisp, washrooms perfect, ac works fine and tv is on wifi with Netflix, amazon youtube working on it. wifi is superfast. Electricity goes at times but for very short periods plus power backup works well. I was provided with kettle immediately as soon i asked for it. Food deserves special mention. The hotel cooks home like meal, if you ask for, so i switched from swiggy to theirs. Breakfast is served on time, is good, but could be improved. Can't think of anything that i can complain about. Of course bathmats could be of good quality and rooms could have garbage bins. If you are considering this hotel, look no further.
