This was my first time staying at this kind of ”hotel,” and it was a truly unique experience. Pros first: 1. The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk from Hongik University subway station Exit 7, and the area is bustling. 2. The room feels like a Korean home, with a homey feel. It can accommodate up to four people. 3. It's fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, cooking, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator—everything is there. 4. No one was there to assist you throughout the entire stay. The room door code was sent to you via Ctrip half an hour before check-in. Cons: 1. It's on the fourth floor, and there's no elevator!!! 2. The overall cleanliness is acceptable, but the hotel is definitely dated. The decor feels like it was built 20 years ago, and the interior is also dated. There are also quite a few moth flies in the room (the nastiest black bugs you'd find in the bathroom...). 3. The owner must have been upset by a previous guest, but their deliberate display of disrespect is still unpleasant. ● Leaving the air conditioner on when you go out and not conserving electricity will result in a fine. ● Exceeding the permitted number of guests will incur a fine, even for temporary visitors. ● Tampering with switches will incur a fine. ● Damaging or damaging items will incur a fine. ● This and that, and they kept mentioning it through Ctrip and Korean chat apps... I'm scratching my head. It's not going to get that bad... Just mention it once, there's no need to keep reminding. They even specifically emphasized the 24/7 surveillance system, which scared me enough to even search the room for hidden cameras. Overall, the flaws outweigh the advantages. The price is a bit high, but the location is great. If you're a group of four or fewer, consider staying here, as you can buy your own groceries and cook your own meals. However, for someone like me on a business trip, it's not really suitable. This was my one-time experience.

Very nice apartment, close to the subway entrance, many food and supermarkets nearby, very convenient for shopping, I like the layout of the room, it is also very clean, and the room is fully equipped. The only drawback is that there are sometimes racing ***** in one side of the room at night, which makes a little noise, but everything else is very good! Recommended!
