I've visited Heritage Village Spa & Resort twice—once for a personal getaway and once for a company offsite—and both times I was impressed by the overall ambiance and upkeep of the property. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and the entire resort is maintained with care. The landscaping, cleanliness, and attention to detail in terms of infrastructure definitely stand out. However, when it comes to service, there is noticeable inconsistency. Compared to the standards set by chains like Taj or Oberoi, Heritage Village still has room to grow. The staff seems to be a mixed bag—some members are highly professional and courteous, especially the front desk and wait staff, while others (like the bartender we encountered) lacked basic training. For instance, the bartender didn’t know fundamental mixology, which was disappointing for a resort of this scale. The pool is another aspect that could be improved—it’s outdoor and not temperature controlled, so on a hot day, it felt more like a warm bath than a refreshing dip. As for the food, I found it underwhelming. The flavors were quite bland and didn't really cater to a refined or diverse palate, which was a letdown given the otherwise premium feel of the resort. Overall, Heritage Village is a solid destination for a comfortable stay with great ambiance and infrastructure. With some work on staff training and a revamp of the food and beverage experience, it could easily elevate itself to match top-tier hospitality standards.

The overall experience was great. I had the best one night stay with my colleagues over here. We had karaoke night and meetings in the banquet and had high tea, the set up was all top notch. The food was exceptionally delicious. Shengchilla has been so accommodating in the restaurant whenever I had some confusing regarding foods. Really an awesome stay I had in Heritage village. Would highly recommend everyone to visit and experience Heritage village at least once.
