"I have been to other Clarks inn, they are an all round good hotel group. Based on my past experience with them, I booked this one. I was slightly disappointed as the property is slightly dated in look and feel. The floors are relatively dark, not well lit for such a hotel, the lighting was white and dim. The overall hotel looks old needs update. The rooms were fine, clean. But again not that good looking. I spent a night before at Radisson in gwalior, the price is same. But due to new year Radisson rates were 3 times for 30th December while this one was available at the same rate. There is a flyover getting made in front of the hotel, it will take another year or 2 to complete, till then it will be noisy, dusty and a lot of traffic in front of the hotel. The car parking next to hotel is very limited, on the main road, very small area, by next day morning it will be full of dust and pollution. Can't blame the hotel for the same. The pricing of food inside the hotel.is on higher side. All the Dal, gravy items are almost 600₹. The taste is just fine, nothing special, overall I was slightly disappointed by the overall atmosphere. There were cops and people sleeping around in common area soda corridor, it looked like a cheap hotel. Thankfully i had to spend only one night. If you don't wanna spend too much money on the food, avoid this hotels restaurant and skip to the mall 50mtrs away and have burger at the Burger king, McDonald's or pizza hut nearby."

"We stayed at Neemrana Deobagh for one night and really enjoyed our experience. This is a perfect place for those who love peace and tranquility. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and lots of trees, with many resident birds, especially peacocks. It is a heritage property that has been thoughtfully converted into a resort. Although there is no swimming pool, it is an excellent choice for nature lovers. The staff are very professional and welcoming. The food was delicious and felt just like home-cooked meals. Unlike a commercial hotel, this place has its own unique charm and feels more like a homestay. Away from the hustle and bustle of Gwalior, I would highly recommend Neemrana Deogarh to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially those who enjoy nature and heritage experiences."

This was our second visit, the previous one being in March 2025, and on both occasions, the hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and the staff was consistently courteous and polite. During our two-day stay, we enjoyed two lunches, one dinner, and two breakfasts, all of which were excellent in quality, taste, and quantity. The staff provided attentive and efficient service throughout. A special mention goes to Mr. Jogender, the Relationship Manager, for his exceptional assistance and courteous demeanour. In the dining area, Ms. Neelam stood out for her politeness and humility, making our dining experience even more pleasant."
