첫날 잠 자는데 무는 느낌에 일어나서 보니 빈대가 있어서 잡고 불 켜고 보니 벽에도 있어서 사진과 비디오 찍어 놓고 카운터 가서 컴플레인 하니 방만 바꿔 주더라구요. 아침에 매니저 만나서 미안하다는 말도 없이 퇴실 할꺼냐 해서 카운티 헬스파트에 신고도 했어요. 카운티 오피스 사람들이 오늘 인스펙션 한다고 연락와서 내일 결과 기다리고 있어요. 미안하다는 말 한마디면 끝날 일인데~~ 나쁜 직원들. 나쁜 시설. 진짜 최악에 최악의 호텔.

Always a favorite of mine. Great breakfast, always clean and the beds are amazing. The kitchen suites are great. Very spacious and comfortable. I'll always recommend this hotel.

Our experience here was a nightmare. We made our reservation for a Friday night through *******. We decided to add Thursday night however to add a night in ******* we had to revise and rebook however there were no rooms for Friday to do so therefore we booked a second reservation for Thursday night. At check in we advised the front desk person that we had 2 separate reservations and asked if we had to recheck in the next day. Her response was let me check the room type you have and if they are both the same, you don’t need to. She checked and rooms were same so she said no worries, you are good for 2 nights, enjoy your stay. Saturday morning at 1am we hear someone trying to come in our room. Thank goodness we had the bolt on the door. Then we get a call from front desk asking our name and who we were. We told her our name and that we had 2 nights reserved, which by the way, Friday was prepaid in full when booked. She said I don’t show you in the system and you need to come to front desk. We said it is 1am, we have a paid reservation and we could resolve in morning at checkout. As we were speaking to her, she hung up on us. We went back to sleep only to be awakened shortly after by hard knocks at the door. It was Gwinnett County police advising they were advised we were trespassing and needed to get our things and leave. As you can imagine, we were furious. When we went to desk, Lakeisha I believe her name was said that she did not show us on the system and that she felt threatened by us and asked the police to escort us out. I tried showing her our reservation and also told her what we were advised when we checked in and she still insisted we leave. She was not willing to resolve not refund our money. As we were standing there arguing, people were waiting to check in. Clearly the hotel overbooked. We were escorted out, given a trespassing warning and were told we would be arrested if we came on the property within a year. We had no choice but to leave or be arrested. We had to pay for another room at a nearby hotel. I have MS and it caused a stress related flare-up for me creating a vertigo attack. I was ill the rest of the evening . This is unreal. We are Hilton honors members, had prepaid reservation and were treated like trash on the street. Yet they allow non hotel guests to enter in mornings and take advantage of the free breakfasts that we offer. We watched 3 different people do this while we were there. Corporate, if you are reading this, we need resolution or we will have our attorney contact you. Your staff is horrible, unprofessional and lazy. Lakeisha needs to be fired for her actions. She was on a high pulling rank thinking because she sat behind the desk that she could do whatever she wanted. I hate to imply but I also believe this was racially instigated.
