Just 1/2 block to WSU Campus. We’re just a 3-minute walk to the legendary “Cougar Cottage” aka “The Coug”. We’re a 6-minute walk to Gate #1 at Martin Stadium and a hop, skip and jump to Adams Mall. And, all illuminated at night like a magical paradise. Our newly remodeled backyard is landscaped to perfection. Beautiful PNW sod and paver walkway lead you to a concrete patio area that soaks up the afternoon sun.
