Best hotel in Geneva. Affordable price with good location just 400m away from Geneve Railway station. Easy to find. Walking distance to Lake Geneva. Accessible to Migros and Coop. Comfortable and clean room. Most important for us as Asian is the toilet provide bidet. Like it very much. And the room also had bathtub. Great stay in Geneva before catching our flight the next day..

صباح الخير، فندق رائع، قريب من وسط المدينة، ويخدمه بشكل جيد العديد من خطوط الحافلات والترام. كان موظف الاستقبال فرانشيسكو الذي اعتنى بنا عندما وصلنا ودودًا ومحترفًا للغاية، وأبلغنا أنه يحق لنا الحصول على وسائل نقل مجانية، وطبع تذاكر الطائرة الخاصة بنا وغير ذلك الكثير، وكل هذا دائمًا بابتسامة واحترافية. أؤكد على بعض النقاط لأن هذا ليس هو الحال في جميع الفنادق، لذا، شكرًا جزيلاً على ترحيبكم، وكان هناك أيضًا موظف استقبال ودود للغاية ومبتسم نسيت اسمه الأول، آسف، والذي اعتنى بأمتعتنا حجز خدمة نقل المطار في يوم مغادرتنا.

موقع الفندق ومحيطه ممتازان. يقع بالقرب من المدينة القديمة، وتتوفر العديد من الأماكن للمشي. كما أنه بعيد عن محطة القطار. يمكنك ركوب الترام رقم 7 و8 و9 و2 للوصول إليه. خدمة الفندق جيدة. الغرف نظيفة جدًا. على الرغم من أنه فندق قديم، إلا أن ديكوراته الداخلية حديثة جدًا.

Hotel reception was very friendly. Hotel staff recommended us nice restaurants to visit. Encounter two bad experiences from this hotel, 1) requested to change kettle as the kettle was rusty unable to make hot water for kids. The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. So I gave up in the end. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water. 2) The lift breakdown, I was stuck inside 2-3 mins . The hotel technician resolved it fast . Overall, have a pleasant stay at this hotel .
