This is one hotel where I experienced the managers and front desk staff going the extra mile to engage with and reach out to customers to meet customer needs. I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Housekeeping is great, and I found the entire hotel and my room in particular very clean. Connecting to WiFi is completely seamless and without hassles. The surrounding location is great with supermarkets within five-minute walk. The metro station is just 5-minute drive to the hotel. A worthwhile stay experience.

The hotel environment is very good, just inside the mountain. There are several rooms in each villa. The room is large and the hotel has upgraded the room type. Qian Hui at the front desk provided great service. He called us in advance to remind us of the road construction outside the scenic area and asked us to pay attention to safety. He also responded to our requests during our stay! The hotel is very close to Qianhua Ancient Village, and it is very convenient to walk and drive. Qianhua Ancient Village is free after 5 pm, but there is not much to see at night. It is recommended to drive to the evening show, as there are no lights on the way back. You still have to climb Baohua Mountain during the day.

This stay experience was very nice! happy! In the misty rain in the south of the Yangtze River, there is a city that is favored by time. I brought my parents and children to Jurong Maoshan on weekends to travel and pick. I heard from friends that this hotel is particularly quiet. I chose Gequan Resort in Maoshan. The environment is quiet and the air is fresh. I live here away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The design and hygiene of the room are very satisfactory. The supporting facilities have leisure audio-visual, entertainment, and outdoor Gequan. It is beneficial to health. Especially the attitude of the service staff here is very friendly and polite. Starting from the security of parking, You can feel the intimate and attentive service. If people living in big cities, this resort is the first choice for weekend vacations.

I was accidentally attracted by the unique hotel responses in the guest reviews on Ctrip, so I decided to go and experience it. After staying for two nights, I must review it seriously and responsibly today.
The hotel has a good environment, it covers a large area, the rooms are large, and the two-bedroom is impressively large. The hardware facilities are good, four-star level, and the bedding and towels are relatively new, so I'm satisfied.
The most common thing I saw before was the guests complaining about the breakfast. I was already mentally prepared, but the breakfast was still unacceptable. The cramped environment, a few fried vegetables, and the handmade steamed buns that I had high hopes for were not fresh because of the vermicelli stuffing. I gave up because of the delicious taste. I didn’t even wait for the legendary stone-ground soy milk. When I drank the soy milk the next day, it was different from what I expected. In the end, breakfast became a scene similar to the ”Eight Yuan Stir-fried Vegetable Set”. There were a few cold dishes that were good, but the porridge was very thin and unappetizing.
In addition, I had dinner at the hotel and ordered two hours in advance. The menu was beautifully handwritten, but there were no prices or pictures. It was like a blind spot when ordering. After ordering, I was told that the price of the previous dishes was wrong and too expensive. A big piece of it, which leaves one speechless.
Finally, the hotel service team ”exists in name only.” I made a mistake about the number of days I would stay when I checked in. I found out later but didn't update my room card. As a result, I couldn't swipe my room card the next day. The deposit wasn't returned after I checked out. It wasn't until I found out that I provided a receipt for the deposit. After returning from an afternoon trip, I found that the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to come later, but in the end they didn't come until we went to bed. This is really a flaw and unacceptable.
Two stars for service: one for the shuttle bus driver to Tofu Village and one for the friendly service staff.
I sincerely hope that a hotel with such good conditions and design will not be ruined by such a dishonest service team.

The hotel should be in a suburb? It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from Jurong Station. But you must pay attention! There are no milk tea shops, coffee shops, or snack bars nearby! If you want to go to the mall, you have to go back to the Wuyue Hotel near Jurong Station. (Driving by yourself is the best choice. If you don’t drive by yourself, you really have to consider the taxi problem.)
5.1 Overtime is too hard, give yourself a holiday to adjust. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

GGuest UserLet’s talk about the good aspects first: 1. The environment is good, it is close to the mountains. When we went there, it had just passed after a heavy rain, and the mist lingering in the mountains was very beautiful. 2. The hotel hardware is good, the room decoration and layout, and the accommodation comfort are quite good.
Things that I think are bad: 1. Maybe this hotel is mainly for business reception, so there are many people coming for meetings. The hotel may be ”too busy” for people like me who are purely tourist accommodations. Friends who travel by car may get some discounts on the price/performance ratio. (Except Sheniu, mainly because I don’t like noisy people around the accommodation)
2. Eating is the biggest problem for me. The hotel reminder sheet clearly stated that 3 restaurants are open until after 8 pm, and desserts are even after 10 pm. However, when I called the hotel front desk at 7:40, I was told that the restaurant closed at 8 pm. When I rushed down to find something to eat, I found that the restaurant was dark and it had obviously closed early, which was disappointing. (The hotel provides meal delivery service and charges 15% of the order fee)
For a 5-star hotel, the hardware is okay, but the software is really unsatisfactory.
I hope this review can provide a reference for friends who want to travel and stay.
