Service: As soon as the car arrived at the door, a little brother helped to open the door and carry the luggage. The front desk saw that we had children with us and took the initiative to take the children's disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and also gave us snacks.
Environment: It is a newly opened hotel in February 2024. It is not renovated. It is very nice. However, the rooms are relatively new and have some formaldehyde. It will be much better to open the windows and open the door for ventilation.
Hygiene: The hygiene situation is very good and spotless.
Facilities: The children chose a room with a tent. The cushions inside the tent were soft and very comfortable, and the children were very happy; the rooms are all smart homes, the projection is great, and there are film and television members; the toilet is equipped with a smart toilet. You can see from the window that the hotel is building a swimming pool. I believe more people will come after it is built.
Buffet breakfast: Currently, guests in the hotel and apartment share the same restaurant. There are quite a lot of people there. The variety is relatively complete and the taste is very Cantonese. Overall it is good.

I am satisfied with the room. There is a small problem. The flushing in the toilet is broken. I went to the swimming pool with my daughter in the afternoon. My daughter had a great time. Speaking of service, the person at the front desk is called Miss Qiwen. Her service is good and her smile is so beautiful. ah!

The room is as clean and tidy as always, newly decorated, and has a good living environment. This time I stayed in a duplex suite, which is cost-effective and comes with a lot of small gifts. There are many types of breakfast. I used to eat in the grand banquet hall, but this time I changed to the restaurant, so the whole family can sit down and eat without sharing a table. The front desk service is good, and there is guidance and follow-up after the processing is completed. It is much more considerate than the first time I stayed. I have been to many hot springs, but I still think Zen Spring is the cleanest and most hygienic. The overall experience is much better than the first time I went there, and it feels worth the price during the May Day holiday👍🏻

The playground that I used to walk on the mountain has been transformed into a pine forest trail, which is more suitable for parent-child travel. After all, being close to nature makes you feel relaxed. I have visited it three times and look forward to coming again next time.

ZZhenzhenailinbaobeiI went to Xinxing to worship the Six-Zu Zen Master, and I wanted to soak in the hot springs ♨️ so I chose the newer Xinxing Tongshun Hot Spring Hotel! A pleasant choice, the front desk lady is warm and welcoming, the room is clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast is not bad, the room includes two pools of hot spring water and feels very user-friendly! The key point is very close to Guo'en Temple, it is very convenient to walk there! It would be more perfect if the room was equipped with a drying rack! This is a pleasant stay experience, I will choose here next time 😉

Yunquan Valley's comfortable hot springs and heated swimming pool are very good, and the other hardware facilities and food are OK. There is also a small gift when you check out!

GGuest UserThe front desk on the first floor was very good, patiently answering questions, the room was fully equipped, the environment was beautiful, and the whole floor-to-ceiling window could see the atrium. The pillow hopes to have a soft and hard distinction. I hope there are more toiletries, but there is a place where the itinerary is flawed is the attitude of the swimming pool and the front desk staff. The swimming pool has no real temperature, and the staff wearing glasses have a bad attitude. The questions are answered perfunctory and there are questions. This is indeed a failure of the hotel. The breakfast is relatively rich, the dining environment is comfortable and spacious, and there is a special car transfer to the hot springs. In fact, it is a good choice for short-distance travel.
