Because I had to go to work nearby and there were no better hotels around, I chose this hotel. The location of the hotel is not bad, right next to the station, and shopping is also very convenient. The mattress is a little soft, and my back hurts when I sleep. It's a bit frustrating that we didn't notice that it was a smoking room when we booked it, and the smell of smoke was too strong. We had to pay 4,400 yen a night to change to a non-smoking room. But the price of non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms on the Internet is the same. I don't understand why I have to pay extra, but I had to pay extra. I hope everyone will pay attention when booking and don't make mistakes. I made a mistake and ordered 4 nights, which cost 17,600 yen. It's super frustrating.

The hotel is in a good location, 200-300 meters away from the Nanbai tram station, and it is also convenient for shopping. The room is larger than the average hotel, clean and sanitary, the service staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good! I am willing to stay here next time!

KKa WaiThe hotel is very new and the rooms are quite big. It is very clean and the service is very good. There is a convenient store at the ground floor of the hotel and there is a lounge which you can grab a coffee and relax or read a book. I came here on 7 April 2024, there is a Sakura tree right in front of the window of our room. It’s good to have a walk in park next to the hotel. It is full of Sakura. Be mindful that there is another Garden Hotel near by. There is no free car park at the hotell but you can pay 1000 yen to park your car nearby. When we arrived it was very late and the surrounding was very dark. The staff was very nice. He personally took us to the car park. There is a very big shopping centre near the area where you are go shopping and there are a lot of restaurants as well. We spent a very lovely time at the hotel!

AAnonymous UserI've stayed here several times and think the hotel's location and services are great. It's close to the station and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, so I think it's very convenient. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

MMomowuwenWe booked two rooms, one for my husband and I, and one for our son. The children are older and cannot sleep together. The bed in the king-size bed room is only about 1.5 meters, and the bed in the twin bed room is only 1.1 meters. It is a bit difficult for two adults to sleep on one bed. The only regret is that this room does not have a triple bed.

YYMGCHe upgraded from single to twin. The rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities. It would be nice to have a large communal bath. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. It's a pity that breakfast is no longer available at the buffet due to the influence of Corona.
