The Springs is the best complex in River Run. It has an amazing rock pool with water slides, hot tubs, and fire pits. This is on the top floor, with vaulted ceilings and a view of the slopes. It has two patios, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom. Centrally located to Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Ski Area, and Breckenridge, or a close drive to Copper Mountain (20 mins). Vail is about a 45 min drive.Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, playgrounds, the bike path, and the Lake Dillon marina.There is an independent fitness center in the same building as the condo, which offers day or week passes.
