"Great experience as the village is quite scenic and beautiful with great views from this hotel and near by , hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are good I must say as I like soft boil eggs and had no worries of not having to have scrambled eggs as a lot of people have complained. Parking is free . They also gave us our keys in a nice welcome box with instructions and some chocolates that was very thoughtfully prepared so full marks for that. The only concern I have is that Trip.com suggested a self catered kitchen which wasn’t there for preparing your food/dinner and also there was no microwave in the room which is extremely inconvenient. I think that’s the only negative as not everyone eats out in a restaurant and sometimes you’d get hungry at a later part of night and nothing is available. So next time I’ll definitely consider a hotel/lodge that has a at least a self catering kitchen."

"Lovely!!!!! I haven't stayed in such a lovely hotel for a long time. The view outside the window is really a paradise on earth! Ah, highly recommended! ! ! ! ! The breakfast is also delicious. All the decorations are very cute. I will stay here again next time! The staff and the boss are very friendly! 🥰"

"I stayed at a hotel in Interlaken during my trip, and overall it was a great experience. The location was perfect — close to the train station and easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good — fresh bread, cheese, fruits, and hot options too. It definitely made mornings easy and enjoyable. Just a couple of things to note: • No hair dryer provided in the room, which was a bit unexpected. • The hotel also requires a deposit at check-in, so be prepared for that."

"Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!"

"The room is big, the bathroom is also big, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is great, and check-in and storage are very convenient. The breakfast is standard, and the dining environment is good. Snow-capped mountains, churches, cherry blossoms, green trees... The hotel is in a great location. Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau! "The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from East Train Station and the main commercial street! Front desk service is also good! I booked two rooms for two nights, a superior double room and a deluxe twin room. The superior double room is more expensive than the deluxe twin room, but the facilities and layout of the room are not as good as that of the deluxe twin room. The most important thing is that the taste after decoration is very big. It's just that breakfast with a skinny granny waitress is particularly rude! I wanted to give the hotel five stars, but because her attitude was so hateful, I gave it three! This is the most disgusting person I have met in so many days of traveling in Switzerland!
